Lovely, bright and ultra clean shop. Assistant's very helpful and courteous. Was a lively experience.

Extremely friendly (without being interfering) staff. Clean, good choice of produce. Very patient with 90 year old grandmother, often use when in the area.

Just becareful about parking. We forgot to buy a couple of bits but couldn't return to park there again when returning the same day - to stop people abusing the free parking I imagine. Longer local parking encourages the town's overall prosperity not just the store though...

Typically clean well-presented Waitrose, on this visit did a click and collect and was attended to in the usual efficient and friendly way. Full range of quality goods, plenty of parking & top staff...err...partners!

The experience was really excellent. Staff very helpful when necessary, especially with meat and cheese. Not so many people in store that you can't move.
We checked our bill at home and found it cheaper to shop at Waitrose than Coop and the quality is much better 😀, really pleased about that and will go more often. It makes for a positive experience. 5 out of 5 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

Visited again today, we always visit when we're in the area. This is a very clean and spacious store. Plenty of choice, good quality food etc. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Clean toilets, cafe and plenty of free parking

Nice small store with good cafe.

The Balencing Barn is a wonder. Clean lines, fab views and beautifully fitted. Going to sleep to the sound of foxes and owls is glorious. I can't say too much about the whole experience - magical and the grandchildren loved it too !!!

Good quality produce with a wide variety. The staff are neatly uniformed and conduct themselves in a friendly professional manner.The store is clean and tidy without cages or cardboard laying around. Exiting carpark can be difficult depending on time of day.

Been here twice and been served by same lady, who is just lovely. Goes over and above and makes you feel so welcome.

Not one of the biggest stores, but well laid out and good range of products. Only slightly higher prices than most other stores and good offers help reduce the bill.

It is great to shop in these times due to the reduction in customers allowed in store. Staff helpful, well organised and clear on distancing measures. Well implemented checkout policy. Few gaps in stock levels.

Great shop for a quick pop to the supermarket or for a big shop, there is a vast range of products including organic, vegitarian and gluten free. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and last but not least amazing quality.

Friendly helpful staff, wide range of choice

We here every week, we stop for a bit to eat in the cafe 1st. The staff are always polite and friendly an very helpful. I buy stuff here that I can not get any where else.

Everyday essential & activities of daily life, usually they've got everything in a nutshell, including new 2021 calendars JL&Partners free for membership cardholders, if not (£3). Gorgeous flashcard recipes for customers & as always intising foodies or lush homeware photographs & products available to buy inshore or links to online. Exceptional Staff who go above & beyond, making you feel like you belong. Always polite, welcoming, & helpful, wearing PPE's & having adept social awareness & hygiene procedures of our current pandemic protocols. Overall an outstanding experience, as always.
