Lovely store, shame it's not bigger!
We had a big sesh in here after doing our kitchen, big haul!
Staff where really helpful, catered for everything we wanted, I think her name was Kira, she was excellent in particular.
Great quality products too, got some lovely knives as well I wasn't expecting!

Around 15:10 today , I accidentally dropped few forks /spoons on the floor then a young girl came to me with best service.

I absolutely love this shop. All products are excellent, superb quality. Some prices are a little steep for me, but I know I would be getting the best kitchen products, you get what you pay for. But they also do some frequent great offers on many products. On my last visit, as with other visits actually, the service from the staff was outstanding. I could not have asked for any better. They were extremely polite and helpful and made me feel like they would do anything to be of help to me.

Stunning array of cookware and gadgets. We bought a complete set of new pots and pans 24 years ago with a similar guarantee and still going strong. Excellent service with knowledgeable staff for advice.

The quality of goods on sale here are really excellent. Have bought knives, saucepan and frying pans. Make sure u sign up for email offers, as some of these are exceptional. The shop will match the emailed offer, so you don't have to mess with things being posted to you.

I went in to buy a set of knives.
After looking slightly baffled over the great choice I was approached by a Lady who proved very helpful. Mixing and matching exactly my requirements and I came out a very happy customer.
The most fun bit was actually being able to try the knives out. Very pleased with cost and quality! Thanks!

Really good experience. Friendly, bubbly staff. Very welcoming - but not OTT. Staff member offered additional information about the products i bought which i wasn't aware of but found really useful. Shop was clean, tidy, well laid out and easy to navigate.

Store staff were very friendly and approachable, giving me lots of advice and different non-stick options for a wok that I was after. I felt valued. I also bought some bakeware and utensils in the end too!

I'd recommend this store and brand for the choices available, and the quality on offer. What's more is that the guarantee is for something like 25yrs on pans - so you can't go wrong. The staff knew their stuff - can't fault them at all.

Could not have wanted for better assistance.
I explained what I was looking for (being a 12in glass lid) nothing major, was shown the range and unlike the competition they were all available individually, due to such a concise sales assistant I also bought another item that I had been meaning to get for awhile.
Am one happy shopper and know where my first port of call will be next time.

Visited this shop for the first time and honestly it was amazing! The quality of the products was very good and I finally found a product I have been looking for for a while now and also at a reasonable price. Overall I will definitely be coming again as there was lots of products I could have easily bought.

Good for prices. Good to browse . Lots of little gadgets of intrigue and interest. 'Ooooh that'll come in handy ' is a thought often heard when browsing.

good range at very good prices. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. Picked up receive cards which are dotted around the shop and I have already tried one of the Thai styled steamed fish! Will definitely visit the store again

All my cookware is from ProCook. Great utensils and knives.
I only have ProCook pots and pans. They are expensive but they work well.
I really wouldn't say they're long lasting but ProCook do stand behind their 25 year warranty so I'd highly recommend them.

I had a brilliant experience in the store. It's the first time I have visited and found everything that I wanted.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
