Called to ask about a postal order late on Wednesday afternoon, spoke with Charlene who advised me this was possible & there was a multi buy offer on on the items ( lemon & mandarin hand wash) I was after. We agreed the sale & delivery costs (DPD), I paid by card over the phone, receipt was duly emailed & here we are Friday am & the orders been delivered! Thank you so much Charlene. Brilliant service! Lovely experience shopping here today. I also shop in the Bath branch also. Always a perfect escape from the rest of the shoppers. Displays are lovely and all neat and well presented. Some excellent discounts in store also. Molton Brown is a premium brand and this branch has some great offers. Hand basins to wash your hands and try out the range etc. Everything is available to try such as fragrance etc. Staff are not pushy at all eithe which is perfect. They ask if you need any help and then leave you be. Perfect. I purchased a 100ml of Russian leather fragrance and some shower gel and a travel spray. Person on the till was friendly and treated my items with care. Thank you. X

Visited Molten Brown today at Clark’s Village, absolutely fabulous shop, Jane was very helpful and help me sort my Xmas shopping , left feeling very happy, I had lots of bargains.She took great care in helping me select products,smelling the fragrances,finding the best offers,and even the correct size gift bags for my purchases.
