Went into the Southport store yesterday with an issue with my new phone. Paul, the manager Went above and beyond in order to resolve the issue, but then again he always does. Spoken to him a few times usually for an issue my boyfriend has and he is always helpful and friendly. He's brilliant!!!

Paul was fantastic!
He sorted out a basic phone for my elderly aunt which has been a great help.
He also helped me switch to 3 from O2. He was super friendly, very helpful and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what to expect.
My husband and kids are now going to visit to switch to 3 as well.
I would highly recomend the southport store, the staff are knowlegable and efficient, friendly and so helpful.
Totally deserve 5 stars 🌟

I went into the three shop in Southport as I needed to purchase a new phone.
The level of customer service i received personally was excellent and all the staff are very knowledgable, patient, helpful, kind, caring, understanding and provide excellent advice.

Went in shop for help because wasn’t getting anywhere online for help because wasn’t getting anywhere.I needed to upgrade to suite budget as now unemployed Gemma the deputy manager was so n knowledgeable and very patient with me and sorted out me a fantastic deal. I was on holiday in Southport and had a few issues with my phone. Popped in and was greeted by the manager at the door! (think his name was Paul) He asked what I needed, knew straight away what was wrong and then fixed my issues, and showed me what to to do if anything like that happened again. Not only that, he then suggested some things I could do to make things better and improve my phones performance. He also helped me save money and get a better deal on my contract!! Fantastic service and very unexpected. Top quality from Three and this store

Still confused wid payment 3 is asking for another £39 pounds on 3rd ov
January 2024. ..it's supposed to be £14 pound a month....explain plse !

Some extremely helpful people work here! They couldn't have done more to try and resolve this issue I went in with.

Visited today and received excellent customer service from Rob. He was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, He was patient and able to answer all my questions. I had been in to other mobile phone shops over the last few weeks and I decided to purchase a new phone from this shop due to the level of outstanding customer service when I spoke to Rob. Thank you.

Such a great shop, loads of stuff inside like phones and cases, and the staff well what can I say about the staff they are amazing behind belief, so happy and willing to help.
I wish I could have spent more time yeah as I really enjoyed looking at the phone cases and the phones there are so many other options to look at like colours.
With so many phones on the market It's difficult to choose but the man you help me choose was so helpful he helped me decide on the colour of my phone the provider who I should go with and everything else in between I wish to thank him very very much what a great job.

I had some phone diffulties for which I needed to talk to someone. When I went in I met with Rob; he was really lovely and quickly identified the issue and provided me with a solution. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to go to the three store in Southport. 😊

Rob was fantastic. Been into the three store liverpool and they were no help, just told me my phone was broken and id have to go to samsung.
Rob took the time to fix my phone so I didnt have to send it away and he found me a great deal for my phone.
Was a real pleasure to deal with such a lovely young man.

Rob was very helpful as he show me the three very important things, to make calls, to anwser calls and to send messages. Nobody has ever explained these things like Rob did. Thank you very much I will be back for more lessons

I think they're the only provider in my area, Hillside Southport, with a 5g signal and they offer the best offers. I got a 2 year deal; unlimited minutes and texts plus 100gb of data for £16 a month (half price for the first six months).

Rob was fantastic. Only went to the store to ask about fixing my phone. I ended up getting a fantastic deal on new phone and 2 great sim deals for my son's.
