Best charity shop in Peterlee with the friendliest staff. The prices have started to shoot up though and that could backfire on them.

Attitude of the shop assistant was absolutely terrible. Put game x4 on the counter asked for a bag her tone 8n voice was shocking. Paid with card without releasing she hadn't charged me for my goods. She pit them behind the not sure what reason but she started to give me a big rubbish.
She shouldn't be working in a charity shop. Won't be using that shop again.

Absolutely appalling. Partner applied for a job here because he has a lot of experience working in retail and sales. Was told his application was DECLINED because they're looking for someone with FASHION EXPERIENCE. It is a CHARITY shop, not a runaway. Get a grip.

It's has a few people working for them and it hasa lunch break they closed. I came today, it was 11:42 and it was closed for lunch alrwadyalreadylNoinformation on site
