Briary Cottages at Iletts Farm

We had a perfect stay at Pepper Cottage, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, well equipped and a lovely quiet location with views over grass meadows and woodland. Nicky was welcoming and easy to communicate with, an excellent host. Briary Cottages exceeded my expectations on all counts!

We recently stayed in maple and willow at Briary cottages and I cannot recommend enough!

The cottages are amazing and the service was more than anyone could ask for. The host Nicky was so lovely and went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome and was very accommodating.

We had everything you could possibly think off in the cottages. They were modern, spotless and super cozy! I honestly cannot recommend enough. If you are looking for a break away this place is perfect. The views are so stunning. I cannot fault anything.

We stayed for Ford fair as only a short drive from Silverstone and we will definitely be returning!

Nikki is an absolute angel, the apartments are more than clean, everything looks new, and the property is absolutely stunning. We can really enjoy our holiday here.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in June this year whilst our home was being renovated. What a wonderful place, we had a lovely stay! All the compliments from the other reviews are accurate, we had everything we needed and Nicky and her team were great. Highly recommend Briary Cottages

We can honestly say that Briary Cottages at Iletts Farm are among one of the most fabulous cottages we've ever had the pleasure to stay at! Every attention to detail has been carefully considered from the stunning décor to the small gestures like milk and croissants. The cottages are clean to the very highest standards with comfortable beds and high quality towels and bedding. Nicky the host is lovely and we would definitely recommend.

Clean to the highest standard, everything you need in terms of facilities, comfortable beds, seating and the highest quality equipment, bedding and towels.Nicky, the host was outstanding. A very nice place for a trip out of town.
Pity you can't walk around the area.

On the one hand great, on the other hand maybe put a saunarium with jacuzzi

We had such a wonderful time staying at the cottage 2 weeks.  We traveled from Thailand to be with our children doing their A level and GCSE Exams. We found Briary cottage a perfect place for all of us. The kids could focus on their revision while enjoying a massive outdoor space when they needed a break.

The property was immaculately clean. The beds are so nice and comfortable and the location was an ideal: just minutes away from everything you need. The rooms are airy, bright and spacious.

Nicky and her team made us feel like home as they were so welcoming. I would to thank them for their hospitality. This is our second time staying at the cottage and we would definitely come back again. We had such a beautiful memory with Briary cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a nice open area.

Just spent a delightful two nights in Willow cottage while attending a wedding. Beautifully clean, gorgeous scent in the air and a lovely warm welcome. One of the best cottages we have stayed in, very comfortable and very well equipped. We look forward to a return visit in the future so we can explore the beautiful area. Thanks Nicky x

We decided to have a couple of days away to visit surrounding areas and based ourselves at Briary Cottages . Nicky was so lovely and welcoming , the cottage itself was gorgeous ( the old dairy ) the views were breathtaking . The cottage was so clean and fresh and had everything in it we could ask for . Lovely little terrace to sit and enjoy your morning coffee ! We most certainly will recommend and will definitely visit again 😊

We stayed here for six weeks between house moves and would highly recommend it. The accommodation is beautiful and very well equipped. Nicky and the team go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. They made what could have been a stressful time very easy and enjoyable!

My husband and I stayed at Briary Cottages for a month whilst we were waiting to complete on a house purchase. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Nicky and Chris were fantastic, super accommodating, friendly and flexible. The cottage itself was lovely. It is stylish, clean and has everything you could need to self cater. The views are beautiful too and it is in a great location. Couldn't recommend enough.

We stayed here for one night in November with my sister and her husband. We had the most wonderful time visiting my daughter who had just moved into the area. The cottage’s were beautifully decorated and they had everything we needed, even the Christmas tree was up. Nicky was so helpful she left us some milk and mince pies which was a lovely touch. Apologies for the late review Nicky, my husband and I look forward to booking and staying again when we visit our daughter next time.

Wonderful stay at Briary Cottages. We stayed for 1 night in The Old Dairy and our friends stayed in Rowan Cottage. Stunning views across the countryside and the cottages were absolutely beautiful and spotless. Lovely little touches with fresh flowers, biscuits, tea and milk made it all that extra bit special. The cottages are finished to a very high standard and Nicky the owner was so responsive with any questions we had. We were staying for Japfest weekend.

I’ve been staying at Briary Cottages whilst in-between relocation. As a young, female professional I couldn’t have found a more perfect location to feel comfortable and safe. The cottages are perfect everything has been thought of. The views are stunning and the extra perk of each cottage having its own little outside area is brill. Both Nicky and Chris have been at hand to help with anything and everything and I’m truly grateful for how well they have looked after me! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We booked the cottage to accommodate my Son and I whilst he was on a local work experience and I could work from Northampton office or the cottage itself.
The cottage was idyllic, we felt so lucky to be in such beautiful surroundings . The cleanliness was perfect and comfort 10/10. We could not fault it at all. Everything that was said on the tin was there and we simply felt on top of the world when we arrived and realised that! I can't wait to return with my whole family next time.
