Easy to get to, plenty of places to park. Came to click and collect which went smoothly. Staff pleasant and tidy store.

The car park is a 1 star and needs some tlc but the store itself is fab and probably the best b&q in the area

I have just been to B&Q Thornbury needing a cordless masonry drill. 'Martin N', took me to show me the difference in the drills and their uses, because I didn't know what all the parts specifically did he spent time explaining them and then went above and beyond.
All I can say is, he made a bad day much better and didn't treat me like a clueless girl!

Got a call out to Bradford because a Virgin Media installer had drilled straight through a 10mm heating pipe.
This branch had everything I needed to do the repair. Good stuff.

Aside from the excellent value and availability of products, the customer service is exceptional. My daughter lost a minute toy today, I wasn't expecting it back but all staff that were available helped. I had people checking trolleys, the cleaners looking in their bags, and staff checking shelves. The tiny toy was returned to its delighted owner and I was incredibly impressed 😃

Isha and Mohammed have been really good in dealing with my kitchen project from start to finish, from planning the kitchen to having everything to me in a timely manner. If your thinking of buying a kitchen from here go through these two as they will help you out as they have helped me.

We were assisted by Josh today who was excellent! The drill I wanted wasn't available but as soon as he could he fetched the ladders and climbed scaffolding to get one for me. He seemed to enjoy his work too. Top marks!

Compared to my local b&q, this place is so much better. A prompt and efficient wood cutting service, large enough to carry products that were unavailable locally, helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Just want to thank B&Q and the staff at Thornbury, Bradford, for the slick Click & Collect system they are currently operating. We ordered on Saturday afternoon and quickly received an email confirming our order. On Monday I received an email with instructions on what to do and to wait for a text message to say order order was ready. 16.20 this afternoon, received said text message, went to the store and followed the instructions placed on the bay we parked in. We waited in the car, as instructed and within minutes a member of staff brought our order out on a pallet and left it next to the car. Loaded the car up and away we went. Back home within 40 minutes. Brilliant service. Thank you to all B&Q staff.

Wanted to return and swap some products and the Asian girl with the headscarf was extremely polite and helpful. As a novice with painting and DIY in general, I was kindly directed to what I needed by another B&Q staff member. The service was great. Thank you.

Well stocked DIY store, doesn't seem to suffer the problems of seasonal goods edging out basics like some stores.
Always quick polite service from members of staff.

Went to B&Q to exchange some trimmer line which i had mistakenly bought the wrong size. The staff were very helpful in finding the right size and howard at the till was very easy to deal with.
