Haven’t been here for a while, just a flying visit as I head towards Lincoln for a week. Always loved this place, it’s chilled comfy and great drinks and an almond croissant

Was having a quiet day until a women came in causing a scene, luckily staff handled situation so well and shut it down quickly. Well done to her and will definitely be back for the great hot chocolates.

This is café Nero near the Grafton centre at Cambridge! Had a cappuccino. Bacon roll and lemon meringue pie. Very tasty!

Amazing place, the upper floor is quiet and peaceful. The personnel is always friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoy the way Anastasia (Anna) makes coffee. Totally recommend!

Walked by on a very hot day and noticed that they had placed water bowls out by their sign for dogs.
It was a nice gesture that they absolutely did not need to do, but speaks very well of them.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Great openness to the customer's needs. In addition to delicious coffee, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.

As a study space this place is S TIER: open until 20:00 most days of the week, free WiFi, outlets. It’s probably the cafe open latest in Cambridge. If you’re a night owl like me, I usually study here until I inevitably retire to my college library since it’s the only place open.
The coffee is what you would expect from a big chain like this, if you want some place with more atmosphere or better taste visit an independent place in town such as Savino’s.

Incredibly friendly service with the standard of drink to be as expected from this chain. Service was a tad slow due to the training of a new barista, but I wasn't in a rush and she made up for it by being polite and friendly. Definitely the best of the 4 Caffe Neros I have tried around Cambridge, with plenty of space upstairs and downstairs to sit and work

Good WiFi. Clean and friendly Neros. Upstairs tends to attract students and in the run up to exam periods it resembles more of a library (no one talking, hardly anyone actually drinking either) than a coffee shop so stay downstairs if you can!

The best Cafe Nero I've been. The staff is always friendly and make the best coffee ever. I see the same people coming each day early morning which means they are loyal customers who are happy from the service and coffee they drink there. Thumbs up for you, guys 👍🙂

hi im on my gap year and i recently started working full time at a job and the past week has been really exhausting. yesterday i worked a full day (12hr shift) and didnt get home until 3am, to have another full day today, starting at 10am. this morning words could not express how tired i was and decided to order coffee in the first hour of my work shift. i saw there was a free drink if i spent £10 so i got a lunch meal and a brioche bread, with the free drink. when it arrived and the brioche bread was instead a panini, i was a bit confused. then i saw the note with the little sad face and the kisses and i felt such joy and happiness. it wasnt even much it was just a little ‘ :( xo ‘ but that really sent me fsr. thank u guys so much xo :)

If you are looking for a space to work from that’s it. 9am, only working people sit upstairs, WiFi is 29mbps down/ 11 upload. Classic music in the background to focus, enough windows is actually bright. Nothing to complain about! The coffee is good as well

Really great coffee shop. Dogs allowed in, good coffee. Ice water on tap. Clean inside and out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a walk across the river for coffee if you're at St. Neots riverside or stop off if you are on a charity shop crawl in the town.

Great coffee as always. Caffe Nero is one of my favourites, personally I like the way they roast the beans, brew and serve the ready drinks. I like its characteristic taste and aroma.
The young gentlemen (barista) was very kind, quick and efficient. He prepared a tasty soya latte with single shot. It was creamy without bubbles, as it's supposed to be.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the furniture and decorations are beautiful. If not the pandemic and restrictions I would definitely sit down here to enjoy my drink.
Recommended.
