Caffè Nero

I go in most days in various times as I also work in grand arcade, and everyone is friendly. They’re often busy but they’re very fast at serving and they still take time to be kind and smile, I’ve never seen anyone manifesting their stress to customers. The whole staff is just great and it needs to be acknowledged considering the amount of stress they must go through being located in such a busy street.

By far the best cafe Nero, especially due to the friendly and efficient staff. We were served today by Darcy and she was so pleasant even after we asked a million questions about the drinks and cakes. Service with a smile goes a long way. Thank you Darcy!

Love this place, specially our last visit when by mistake I ordered wrong coffee and lady at till “Laya” without taking a second, she corrected our order even when she started making a coffee. These small gestures of excellent service makes a massive difference. Well done Laya and thank you again.

Really cosy place to stop for a coffee on a dank miserable day watching the world go by through their huge floor to ceiling windows. Also, lots of super-handy plug and USB points to charge up !!

Great place for breakfast! Good food, great cappuccino, good atmosphere and also enjoyed the classical music! And our dog was also welcome!

Great coffee shop: friendly and polite staff, good service. The place is tidy and very cosy. Good location: shops, banks, restaurants, post office nearby. The espressos and flat whites were very tasty, characteristic. One of the best franchises in the city. I can recommend.

Just popped in for coffee the place has a lovely friendly relaxing atmosphere. Dogs are allowed. Staff are pleasant efficient and helpful and the cappuccino is very nice.

Very nice atmosphere! Managed to work for a couple of hours and enjoyed their carrot cake! Bonus is the fact that the park and ride bus stop just outside!

There is working great staff (well I have had experience that shows me that some guys are amazing, helpful)!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely strong and hot coffee served here. The cafe has a good atmosphere with exposed brick walls, a bookshelf and good lighting.

Great, Nero's is always a winner perticularly if you have a big enough table to sit all in a group. Children's choices of food is great the Gingerbread men are a firm favourite. Coffee is always a firm faviurite too.
