Flannels

Beautiful shop. Well laid out. The two members of staff were lovely. Very approachable and willing to engage in conversation. The young lady who actually served my husband and myself on both occasions today was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great shop, friendly staff. I went in to purchase a pair of balenciaga trainers. They didn't have my size. Store manager was excellent and went above and beyond to order my size in and delivered into the store next day.

Very good customer service at till. Very helpful but remains to be seen if I am granted an exchange for a £189 Balmain T shirt of which the silver logo has almost disappeared after a couple of hand washes. Waiting for head office to approve an exchange. Watch this space for update!

Update: Dismissive response from manager placing blame for fault on customer. Will be persuing this further as it is a matter of principle now, 25 emails and still no resolution. Diabolical customer service....very happy to take the £189, but a different story when customer not satisfied -

I couldn’t thank Jenny enough! For helping me purchase my 1st pair of Valentino’s, from going back an forth with the boxes & different sizes. I finally found the perfect pair. It’s the little things that Jenny did that made me feel comfortable spending my money with Flannels Southport. I will definitely be returning to the store in the near future! Will never shop anywhere else, had great experience with everyone i've met in the southport branch Jess and Grant especially all the other girls in there are lovely and go out there way for you so worth the extra travel to visit this branch over the liverpool one where the service is not even close to the staff that work here. Bought 5 pairs of Valentinos with them now womens and mens and a handbag and they will happily order anything into store for you and ring you as soon as they come in which can even be a few days! Thankyou
