Can't recommend Russell highly enough. We had terrible grout haze, stains from where we dropped cleaners, our brand new limestone floor was a real mess. Russell was honest from the outset, explained his products and what his approach would be, and I nervously let him have at it...I didn't need to be nervous, Sterling job, looks incredible, better than I thought it ever could and to top it off, a sound bloke. Some things are best left in the hands of experts and for us, the limestone floor was one of them. Money well spent and when the time comes it needs a refresh I know who I'll be calling. Cheers Russ

Kevin and Russell did a great job on our flagstone floor. They regularly checked in with us throughout the process and worked around us being in the house most of the time with no problems! Highly recommend.

We had some pretty serious issues with a white limestone floor - a floor in fact that others were not too keen to touch. Enter Russell and Tile Doctor! He and a colleague worked damned hard over the course of three days and the results are stunning. We are absolutely delighted with the service and professionalism. Russell visited to perform a test on the limestone tiles prior to carrying out the work and this was reassuring.On the day he was prompt, thorough, efficient and friendly. He completed the work in a day which meant the job was less expensive than it might have been.

The Tile Doctor has made our old shower look like new, cleaning and whitening the old grout. The mouldy silicon sealant has been removed and replaced very tidily. Pleased with the work and the approach of all the staff we dealt with.

Did a great job renovating a flagstone floor I discovered while lifting the carpet to lay a new floor. Job was done promptly and left clean. I had a few quotes and Tile Doctor was very competitive.
