This brownie box was amazing! We ordered custom flavours and collected them the following day, everything delicious and sprinkled in rose gold flakes. The box of 6 is also great value. Will be back again!

Been visiting now and again with a relative for years. Never had a bad meal and we go out of our way to visit because it is worth it. No complaints about food today either, was perfect as always, food was hot, I didn't have to wait too long and they double checked how I wanted everything rather than assume how I liked it. I don't agree with reviews saying staff rude because that's not been my experience. If they were genuinely rude people I would not keep coming back. So if you're thinking of visiting, go see for yourself before judging.

I ordered a cake from Jo for my husband's birthday. She was so helpful and the cake is fantastic - better than I'd imagined. I'd certainly recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her skills again!

I love this place. The cake and the brownies are fantastic, the meal options are generously sized and everything is really well priced. I also love the rotating specials, there's always something new to discover.

Ham salad to go, was asked mayo or salad cream said mayo but got nether which is forgivable unlike the tin ham

Excellent service lovely food

Absolute hidden gem! The food this little cafe serves is more restaurant quality than your typical greasy spoon. If I lived closed we'd visit every week but as it stands we have to make do with once or twice a month which just isn't enough! The cakes are to die for! And anything you order from the menu is freshly cooked to a high standard. Never had a single complaint and would recommend to everyone. Price is very reasonable and portions are very generous!

Best full English breakfast and the £6 one best make sure you are hungry. The middle one is also of good portion. All cooked to order so can be a bit of a wait.
