Andrew serviced our water softener today. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and sorted all of my queries as I am new to water softeners having moved into a property with an older model already fitted in it. I would highly recommend this company. Genuine, neat and tidy too. Huge thank you.

I highly recommend KindWater. Right from my initial enquiry about the removal of my old water softener and the installation of a new one, the service, information and advice have been excellent.
The engineer arrived on time, worked very tidily and efficiently, gave useful information and left everything very clean.

Kind water engineer came to do a service on our old water softener Jamie the engineer did the service and advised us that we would soon have to have it replaced ,we discussed the options open to us like electric non electric water we used how many people in the house so we decided on the no electric model and the price suited us fine so couple a days later we phoned the company and placed the order the fitted it a week later the same engineer came ( Jamie ) only took a couple of hours no mess explained every thing to us we were well pleased couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic company - so pleased I decided to take the plunge after literally years of dithering and getting quotes etc. These guys are definitely the best! From start to finish, an amazing job; they really know what they're doing and have super staff. No hard sales just honest information and fair pricing. I absolutely love my water softener and although I often have some anxiety about work being done in the house my engineer was awesome just cracked on with what was needed with no fuss or mess. Phil installed my water softener today, as well as fixing a broken pipe, and checking my washing machine was plumbed in properly as I just moved in. He was so friendly, explained everything to me, and made me feel very comfortable. And now I have lovely soft water that won't mess up my kettle!
