We had David in the warehouse assist myself and my partner in finding carpets for our home, it was done with ease and being 34 weeks pregnant made the process so smooth. Fast forward to today when Steve and Josh fitted my carpets it was smooth and they just got on with it after being fed and watered. Steve was so friendly and chatty and so professional. Just want to say a massive thank you to all the team as my house looks like a new home and I'm overall so pleased with the outcome.

Great job from start to finish. My house is very old and odd, lots of different levels and awkward sized rooms too. Wensum Point carpets came and took the time to show my wife samples as well as offering some good product advise, measured fully. The quotation they gave was fair and came just two days after they visited. Great communication from start to finish. The fitter Steve and Josh then done a first class job, in fact the whole team at Wensum Point did!

Fast and friendly experience with these guys. David and a woman I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. Me and my partner were desperate to get carpets fitted at last minture. We were able to choose the carpets and get house measured on same day. All was fitted within less than a week. Very happy with the carpets. would 100% recommend. They also have a good selection of remnants aswell as carpets on the roll. Thank you

They sent a guy Kevin a carpet fitter around,this man was really professional and very good at laying carpets,cleaned up all when he was done,it’s nice to see someone who cares about customers and make sure everything is done correctly,recommend this man to do if you can get him

I previously got my entire flat carpeted for just a grand including underlay andp fitting.

This time I popped in on passing and was seen immediately and got a quote very quickly.

Highly recommend Wensum Point carpets, I contacted them to see if they could carpet three bedrooms, stairs and landing within a week. They were so helpful, from start to finish and I am really happy with how it all looks. The whole job was reasonably priced and they took away my old carpet. Would definitely use again.

I've used this company on numerous occasions. The sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful, you don't get hidden costs added at the end like you do with some of the bigger companies.
