My plants arrived in good condition and they traveled well. I’ve always loved houseplants, I love these plants, I don’t always manage to keep orchids alive, so I’ve set myself a challenge, to keep these orchids alive and healthy.

Absolutely thrilled with this company. The plants are wonderful and so healthy, having had them only a few days I've noticed new growth. The packaging was perfect not only was the packaging to stop movement within the box but also around the plant and the pots. Delivery was quick and on time. One item was not upto their high standards and so contacted us straight away to choose alternative. Can't wait to order more plants and would definitely recommend to other newbies.

Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The mystery cuttings were lovely and varied - it would have been nice to have a list of what is what though, I’m still very much a beginner so I have no clue how to identify them, so they’ll remain a mystery until they grow lol. I am officially a plant addict!

My plants arrived so well secured and I was super impressed by their quality! I have ordered online plants before from a different company and the soil spilt all over the box :( but this time houseplants had them nicely wrapped up with some eco wrapping too so I’m super impressed! (Yes I need plant pots!)

Plants came surprisingly perfect! the box was in its side when arrived (my concierges error) and i was concerned they’d be damaged, but all wrapped so well! All very beautiful and as pictured!

This ordering experience was great. This is my second order from this company and I have been very pleased with my plants both times. Their prices are really competitive, even when you don't order during sale time, and they have had a few really unique plants that I haven't seen at other shops.

Great service. Initially the plant pot I ordered wasn't available and I promptly received an email from customer services to let me know of the issue and their recommended replacement. Super fast delivery and well packaged. Plants were great health. The monstera is a bit to big for the pot it came in and is falling over but not a big deal. Would recommend.

Firstly, the choice of succulents, cacti and carnivorous plants is great.
The order took a little longer than I was expecting to be sent out, but the company explained that it was because they were not happy with the standard of one of my plants and had ordered a new one in.
The packaging was excellent and all of the plants arrived in perfect condition.

Very easy to order. Very quick delivery. The orchid was well packaged. I am looking to giving it to my auntie and uncle for their ruby wedding anniversary.

Being a very fussy houseplant collector and especially a lover of large impact houseplants I decided to look for a fairly rare plant and I had been eyeing up this Syngonium Albomarginata Variegata Aurea Arrowhead Vine for weeks before plunging into buying it.
I had searched high and low for the largest specimen I could find online and this store was the only store that had the largest specimen, and the added bonus of a nice discount to boot sealed the deal.
From ordering to taking receipt of my plant was 2 days, that's good service in my books.
The post arrived carefully handled sitting transit as there was no damage to the packaging, the plant was wrapped and the pot wrapped in cling film, so all in all very happy with this part, now the plant was at the taller of the advertised height which is good too and no damage to any of the leaves.
I'm always nervous buying rare out any decent sized houseplants online, but this store has exceeded my fussy standards for delivery and packaging and plant quality.

Excellent plants. All individually wrapped for their journey. They look beautiful on my windowsill as they settle in. Super quick service and delivery. For smaller orders, it might be easier if no signature needed for delivery.

Ordered a few new plants for the home and within a few days, made another purchase for bathroom plants. The health of the plants received was spot on. Each delicately and clearly, lovingly packaged to keep them protected in transit. Couldn’t be happier.
