The Longhorn Farm Shop

I always noticed the sign from the road, so I finally decided to visit. The coffee shop is a small counter with lots to offer. No indoor seating there, but around the side is a large collection of tables and chairs, plus a covered lounge area. All overlooking a large field - very scenic. Perfect for warm weather.
The coffee shop offers cakes, and warm items (e.g. sausage rolls) - I selected an iced coffee, and it was good.

Beautiful, peaceful farmshop well appointed and charming to visit! The meat counter is really impressive -- The coffee shop is also delightful! You can really pick up everything you need here - marmalades, dairy, honey, cider, breads, eggs, meats, desserts, popcorn, veg - the whole shebang!

It started with the absolutely best tasting sausage roll I have ever had in my life, and that is a lot. Followed by a visit to the shop where we saw the butchers at work and brought some truly delicious lamb chops and supremely tasty sausages.
Immaculately clean, beautifully presented and reasonable priced.

Such choice and very generous shop opening hours! Visit the café opposite (closes earlier than the shop) for a drink and a snack.

As usual excellent service with a wide variety of meats and poultry with bread and veg that is very good quality.

Great home reared Longhorn beef and locally sourced meat, plus a really tasty selection of prepared dishes and ready cooked meals. Chicken Kyiv and lamb Wellington are superb. Love the sausages and venison burgers. Bought some really juicy lamb chops there yesterday. Cost less than Tesco's! Haven't tried the new cafe yet but I bet it's good and pretty chilled location. Good stopover for a bike ride.

Such a lovely farm shop! Great choice of meats, fresh veg, baked goods and more. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Certainly will be going back.

Lovely friendly owners! Everyone is so knowledgeable. Fantastic meat and seafood and fresh product. The desserts are simply amazing!! And the lasagne is amazing too. The Oakington sausage is lovely too. We've previously pre ordered our Christmas Dinner venison, large chicken, guinifowl all amazing. Slightly expensive but the quality of meat is simply amazing. Thanks Robert and family!

We visited the farm shop for the first time to buy some meat for a BBQ, we enjoyed everything we bought and the ribs were particularly good. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend

Fantastic farmshop with great local produce and butchery on offer; we got some delicious sausages and a loaf of local sourdough. Also a little coffeeshop now on site with some good looking drinks and breakfast offerings (though not sampled this time around).

Meat is very good quality and very nice! has a great little café attached with does a very nice Ploughman's!

Best meat around. They now have a cafe albeit its outside, so if weathers not too good, you'll need your coat albeit it is under cover.

I love this place, never had a bad product, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, the quality is outstanding.
I highly recommend visiting, you won't be disappointed!

High quality meats and excellent choice of produce, lovely farm café with very good quality cakes and coffee in a pleasant rural location. The lamb chops are a real treat.

I discovered this gem in lock down thanks to the weekly meat box which was delivered to our home in Waterbeach. Since April, I have not bought our meat anywhere else and now visit the shop every week. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable and the quality products taste so incredible. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and will never ever again buy meat from a supermarket!

Just had the Beef Wellington’s we bought whilst picking up our turkey - wow they were amazing, turkey was great too.

Did a butchery course here. Absolutely fantastic course which was both informative and fun. We learned a lot and came home with lots of amazing meat!
The butcher here is incredibly passionate about his product and shop. The beef from the local farm is exceptional. Highly recommend this place for great quality meat and produce.
