A great little cafe. Friendly staff. Lovely food. There can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but it's worth the wait.

Kids had a great time at the Halloween lunch today. They loved carving their own pumpkins 🎃 tucking into their pizza lunch 🍕 and the pumpkin soup was delicious. Thank you 🎃👻👀☠👿

Went for Breakfast, 3 different sizes available, all very reasonably priced. Food was really good, will definitely be going again.

Great fried egg and bacon sandwich, times four, we enjoyed freshly cut potato chips and two large mugs of steaming coffee.
As always the welcome was warm and genuine, all staff act in unison like one big successful family offering a human face.
No request too much and they offer warm fresh bead, cake and good quality fresh fruit and veg.
This is a well kept and welcoming haven for those who respect the beauty of rural retreats and home cooking.

A welcome awaiting ,I found so helpful ,we enjoyed a salad in the large spacious out door gazebo like tent. Very pleasant , you can stay and read if you wish , there is no rush ,

Great food reasonably priced next too a little fruit & veg stall and a lovely little butchers that sells game meat. The cafe also had a selection of cakes available for sale
