Amazing service- so knowledgeable, warm and welcoming- Vicky was so professional and helpful but also kind and cheerful, 5 stars to this excellent establishment. Vicky helped me renew my Driving Licence, which I was a little worried about doing- she made it seem effortless, and now I can't wait to go back and renew my Passport ! thankyou Vicky and Cardigan Post Office!!

Excellent Service for my first passport!!
I used their passport service for my first passport application.
I have been told that using Post Office passport service normally quicker to get a passport. Especially my case was for the first time so I decided to use this service.

Result, I applied on 13 April 2024 and received my passport on 25 April 2024!

In my view, paying extra for this service is well worth it. All details to checked by them and all important documents sent securely.

A lady helped my application was very helpful and friendly with professional manner.

I am glad I used the service and I highly recommend it!

I had fabulous service from this Post Office. I asked for Euros and the lady behind the counter explained about the Travel card. She signed me up and put the Euros on the card. We went to Dublin for a long weekend and it was so easy to use!! Highly recommend the Cardigan Branch and the Travel Card!!

Really helpful and friendly staff, Vicky was able to give me lots of information about travel cards and savings accounts. I visited to pay money into my bank, as my branch closed two weeks ago. I was apprehensive but once I realised how easy it was and how quickly the money was as in my account it was brilliant. Honestly it was even easier than depositing money in my banks branch when it was open!

Excellent service, always helpful and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff members. Love going in there.

I went in to pick up a travel money card that Vicky in the post office had told me about a few months before. It was Vicky I saw again, she had me set up in no time and arranged the purchase of Euros, and explained that I could activate the card after 10.30 the following day. I've done that today, and the credit of Euros is showing in my balance on the app.... Many thanks for all your help.

Fantastic service
I renewed my passport this morning and despite the post office being busy I can’t fault the customer service and help given . The process was so quick and easy and everything about the renewal process was explained . I was going to apply myself online but so glad I did it at the post office.

Great post office. Lovely staff. Super dog friendly. Ronnie & Finn always look forward to visiting for a treat. Photo machine is useful for official shots such as passports.

This little town is known for its independent shops and businesses. It’s also well known for its friendliness and the Post Office leads the way. The staff, forever smiling, go to the nth degree to help and advise. Thank you staff and post deliverers.
