So helpful. Concerned about petrol smell so mechanic checked car. Car not safe to drive so let myself , my daughter and 2 small grandchildren wait 4 hours for Green Flag. Sorted drinks and even found children's tv channel. Fantastic service. So kind.

I was on holliday in the area and had a problem with the start stop system .
They had a look and diagnosed a faulty alternator. They assured me it was fine to drive home. They kindly didn't charge me.
The staff are very helpful and thorough.
Would highly recommend.

Having bought an mg HS from another MG dealer, I developed a software problem which they could not get sorted. I went to OC Davies to see if they could help, and they did. They delivered exceptional service and thanks to their dedication, they sorted out my problem with the MG dealers in a matter of days. Recently purchased an MG HS from John. John helped me from start to handover. He kindly let me take one on a test drive before I made my decision to go ahead. I was lucky enough he had the colour I wanted in stock and I could pick up my new car in only a matter of days once the finance was agreed. The transition was smooth and I can’t fault it. It was a very smooth transition and the customer service I received from John was just outstanding . He really looked after me from ordering to delivering and still to today after a small hiccup with the number plate , John dealt with this in a very professional but apologeticly manor . Recently purchased an MG zs from O C Davies.(Penparc Motors). Having driven Peugeot motors for too many years that I care to remember I felt confident at the outset. John Curran knows his stuff, was prepared to exchange my ageing vehicle which I had just managed to furnish with a stone chip on the windscreen, and his DVLA ‘guru’ ensured that all the documentation for my personal plate was transferred in a timely manner. Five star review...only have good things to say about the Cardigan branch of OC Davies. Wife bought her Mini Cooper S at the end of May after some deliberation on her part with a no pressure and fair sale. The purchase was smooth with no issues. Shortly after there was a gear box fault, which was investigated and rectified by sourcing a replacement reconditioned gearbox. All completed swiftly, with courtesy car supplied. Further minor intermittent issue also resolved after a methodical and clever mechanic identified the cause and faulty part. Again all resolved under warranty. A lot to be said for great customer service these days and the way a firm deals with issues after a sale - can only say that Cardigan OC Davies have delivered on all accounts.

First time using OC Davies. They serviced my Dacia over a couple of days - minimal fuss and a full service was completed in good time. Courtesy car was supplied. My car was returned cleaned. Matt was great at staying in touch following an initial vehicle examination to discuss the options - no pushy sales and even some last minute changes by myself were remedied very quickly. Highly recommended. I'll be using you again.

I purchased my Dacia Duster Ii 4x4 diesel from New in June 2019. I found OC Davies to be the the best of the three Dacia dealers that I approached to quote for supplying my car. The salesman (Emyr) I dealt with was very helpful and friendly when going trough the ordering process. I was kept informed by him as my car progressed through production, shipping and when it was going to be ready to collect.
Since delivery the car has been maintained and serviced by OC Davies according to the manufacturers service schedule. Additionally they have carried out the MOT'S as and when required.
The service staff are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and give excellent service.
My Dacia Duster has been reliable, comfortable and a pleasure to drive. Living in the rural hills of Carmarthenshire I have found the 4x4 ability useful in adverse weather driving conditions, be that snow, mud or flooding.
Given the excellent customer service I will continue to support OC Davies with my business.

Operator (sorry I didn't catch her name) was friendly,patient and well informed of the procedures.

The whole call took less than 10minutes and was to my total satisfaction.

Friendly and helpful dealership. Good customer care. Tidy show room. No pushy sales. Easy to talk to. Visited the MG side of show room to look at MG ZS EV 2022 model as passing in area. We wanted to see the size of the car etc as a way of comparing with other EVs we are considering. They had 2 to look at. Stunning cars with plenty of tech kit and boot space etc. Good value first EV. Thanks for allowing us to have a look around the car and answer our questions. Just by chance seen the dealer as passing through area and turned back to call in. Thank you for the time given.
