I called the Norwich branch to discuss my options for cycle to work. They were really helpful, had the bike I wanted in stock and set it aside for me, then when I collected it they were really helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this branch. A great team and will definitely come back again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. On the most recent visit, Nate in particular was most helpful in providing support with a brake problem. Would definitely recommend for servicing. We previously had a very positive experience in buying bikes recently and in advice in choosing helmets.

Just recently bought my first road bike and was so glad to be helped out by the team- especially Cam- who gave me tips whilst fixing and changing parts of my bike :) I now feel equipped for my long cycle!

Really knowledgable and friendly service. I went in with an idea of the bike I wanted, and the salesperson (Luke) advised that my choice of bike was good, but also recommended another bike that would probably suit me better. He was absolutely right, and I went with his choice. He was really helpful, went out of his way to make sure that I got the bike I wanted, and obviously knew exactly what he was talking about. Plus, he was happy to spend time talking about the bike, even though I wasn't going to be spending 1000s on it (which was not the experience I had at another Norwich bike shop!). All in all, I can highly recommend Evans, although I would recommend making an appointment, as they can get quite busy! I am very happy, and really love my new bike.

I encountered a problem with my bike while I was in town; fortunately I was close to Evans so I popped in to see if they could get it rideable so I could get home. They were really happy to help, paused what they were working on to spend 5 mins patching me up and I was back on the road in no time; thank you! :-)

A helpful and professional staff team alongside a great range of bikes. Following my visit here I popped over to Cycle Republic to see if they had anything of interest and was thoroughly underwhelmed by the limited range of road bikes when compared to Evans. Particularly enjoyed the relaxed and trusting process around taking bikes for a test ride - shows trust and customer focused attitude of the chain.

Thank you Amanda for helping and advising me buy my bike. She offered so much help especially the size as I was struggling with the adult ones. I was in need of a new bike quickly and popped into Evens to check out what they had. Spotted a bike I liked, talked to the helpful staff and within half an hour, I'd gotten myself a new ride. The two staff members there were helpful, friendly and the process couldn't have been smoother. I will now go straight to Evans in future for all my biking needs. Great shop!

Went into Store ilto sort out a new bike I was getting in the cycle to work scheme. I was approached by the manager who was absolutely brilliant and has great knowledge of the bikes and products. Talked me through the bike I was getting, the products. Really went above and beyond. Fantastic experience could not of asked for better. Thank you very much.

Great service from Amanda who explained very clearly the features we ought to consider when buying our e-bikes. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave us the best start in exploring our e-bike journey.

I "always" fix my own bike.. but.. :-) .. when I need a bike shop or some kit, Evans is always my go to. They are bike people.. really know what they're doing, always SUPER helpful. Never let me down. Thanks Hamish!

Great to be back on the bike again. Took a few visits to the Norwich store to decide which one was really for me. Helped along by the brilliant customer service of Amanda and team, all sharing a love for cycling and great service.

Just visited Evans cycles in Norwich with my wife. Having booked an appointment we were looked after brilliantly by the store manager, Michael. Very happy with the service provided by Hamish in store. Helped out getting a few issues sorted with my cycle to work scheme and ordering the bike I wanted.

Its fashionable these days for cycling aficionados to look down on the big chains like Evans. Yesterday lunchtime, I went to this store with a small problem (broken saddle) and the guys there couldn't have been more helpful - interrupting what they were doing and fixed my problem in a total non-jobsworth-type of way. Will definitely come back to this store when I buy my next bike! Thank you!

Very friendly and professional service. We just dropped in to buy a few bits for a cycling holiday around Norwich. I mentioned that my brakes were a bit squeaky and the guys immediately suggested I bring the bike in for them to take a look at it for me. They were very eager to help and even set us on our way with some great recommendations for things to see and do on our holiday. I would 100% recommend!
