Manjeet is an excellent manager always smiling . Very good customer skills. I wish all your staff was welcoming like her but unfortunately. You go in and come out and no one says a word to you. Even can i help you

I have had many positive experiences at the Barkingside branch. Very friendly staff all offering a great customer experience. In particular the Manager Manjeet is very good at her job and is always happy to assist. The staff really do go that extra mile to build a friendly rapport with the customers who support this very worthy cause. I recently just lost another friend to Cancer and I will continue to help support Cancer research in every way I can. Many thanks to Barkingside branch who are all doing a fantastic job! I will be back & encourage others to visit your store.

Shopping at Cancer Research today was such a pleasant experience. Everything was laid out neat and orderly and not overpriced. The Manageress Manjeet was warm and welcoming and up for a friendly chat. We joked about the never ending job of replacing the clothes that kept falling off of the hangers and much more. This lady has a huge heart.

Came into the store last week. Was greeted with a warm smile from staff. Manjeet and Judy were so accommodating and helpful. Very polite and engaging. such great people making a difference in the world.

Today I went to the Charity and I was very welcome for all the members of the staff.
The Lady was on the till was so helpful for me she was giving me a lots of tips and I found a very nice bracelet and an orange hat beautifully and original .
I 'm sure I will go often because the Manager it is a very nice Lady and Idian Lady Naaz on the till she is always smiling 😃

Well what can I say! I've been shopping here now for at least 15 years and found all the staff very helpful, friendly, and understanding, caring, nice people to share a problem with, especially the manageress Marie who I've known now for over 18 years when she used to work next door, for another charity, wow that is dedication for you, keep it up Marie and staff at cancer research your doing a superb job at cancer research at Barkingside. So may it continue for another 15 if not more years. Well done! great shopping experience

It’s a very good place for clothes and kids things.The Manager Manjeet over here is very sweet and lovely lady when ever I asked for anything that i didn’t find on shop floor she always give her time to search inside.

I loved going into the shop to show support. I am not sure it will be the same, as Manjeet has now left. She had a really, beautiful, uplifting personality. I REALLY HOPE THE CURRENT STAFF THERE KNOW THEY HAVE BIG SHOES TO FILL. The new dark hair guy seems really stiff and judgemental, he needs to know how to bring community spirit? regardless, of colour, or creed.

I have both donated and purchased many items from this shop over the past 20 years or so and have found most of the staff who volunteer really nice. Notice that Miriam has run things very efficiently of late standing in for the manager who has been off sick. One very welcome improvement of late is that the changing room is once again available to try on clothing - well done as it has been piled high with bags for many months and inaccessible.
