We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.

Maccy G Pets looked after my three cats for me whilst I was working away and offered an exceptional and trustworthy service. Tracy has a real affinity with animals and took the time to get to know my cats and play with them on a daily basis.

I received daily updates which was a wonderful touch whilst I was missing my pets.

I could not recommend Tracy highly enough and trust her fully with looking after my pets.

Hiring Tracey's services was the best thing I ever done! She is the loveliest and has been amazing with my 2 cats.

We went away for a week and Diane was absolutely wonderful. Our cat Archie is very shy but Diane was so patient and managed to help him overcome his shyness and I could see from the photos she sent that he looked so happy and content. It took away all our worries about leaving him. They are wonderful and we will always ask them to look after Archie when we go away. We really would recommend them. 😀

Tracey provides an excellent pet care service. Our cat immediately took to her and we knew she would be in safe hands whilst we were away. Tracey sent regular updates and pics to us. Would definitely recommend. 😻

Tracy was absolutely amazing whilst looking after our cat. We received regular updates on how she is doing and videos/photos of when Tracy visited our home, and we could tell our cat was as happy as normal. Having house visits was perfect so that our cat could relax in her own home. Would recommend Tracy a million times over and will definitely be using again!

Had a fabulous experience with Tracy looking after my two turtles. You can tell she cares greatly about keeping animals safe, happy and healthy and wants to learn about their personalities. Tracy sent photos and updates after every visit so we could be confident our pets were being well cared for. As she were feeding our over Christmas, she even left a little gift for us to give them.

Tracy did a wonderful job of looking after my cat whilst I was away. She sent regular photos and updates about my cat and emptied the rubbish for me. I would highly recommend and hope to use Tracy again in the future.

Tracey cared for my pet cockatoo really well and asked lots of questions surrounding care and any special requests like treats and feeding requirements. I got lots of updates, which really helped me feel reassured while away. I would recommend Tracey for any pet care requirements.

We booked Tracey to come twice a day for 5 days, to feed our 2 cats, while we were away. She came to visit before hand and meet them, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete and as she'd already looked after other family member's pets, we didn't have any concerns about the care she'd provide. She wanted to keep their routines as similar to normal as possible and was happy to spend time with them on her visits, brush them, play with them etc. Turns out, as our cats are total wimps, they didn't want to spend much time getting to know her, but Tracey made sure we knew they were safe by contacting us with photos or video of them when she popped in. Although this is her business and it would potentially reduce her profit, Tracey offered to cut back from two to one visit per day, due the cats having access to inside and outside space and eating dried food. We did take her up on this and saved ourselves a few pounds - thanks Tracey. Our cats, Percy and Archie, would not have coped well in a cattery, so this was a great option. Although they were probably a little miffed with us going away, they were both fed and watered and happy to see us in our return. Photo of Archie who was pretty illusive while we were away.

Tracy looked after our cat Rolo and we couldn’t have been happier with the care and support shown. Tracy followed our wishes and requests with Rolos care and sent us daily photos, videos and updates which put our mind at ease whilst we were away. We will definitely be asking for Tracy’s support if we go away again!

Tracy has been looking after our two cats whilst we have been on holiday for 10 days. We have never left our cats so were a little concerned about doing so. Tracy was very reliable, sending us photos and messages each day to reassure us. The cats were well looked after and were very happy and healthy when we returned home. Maccy G Pets looked after our two cats recently whilst we were away. As this was the first time we had used them, they visited us prior to our departure to meet the cats and to discuss their specific needs - including giving one of them her medication. Whilst we were away, they updated us each day with photos. We will definitely use Maccy G Pets again (we've already booked) and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and friendly pet care service.

Tracey is very passionate about the animals she cares for. I used her to look after my 14 year old cat who requires daily medication. Tracey came and met her and went through her routine with me so she could keep my cat as close to her routine as possible while I was away. I received daily updates with photos from Tracey which put my mind at rest that she was being looked after and cared for. Tracey really does look after your pets as if they were her own!
Her prices are reasonable and I felt I got what I paid for, a lovely and personal service catered for my cat.
I will be using her again next month and in the future.

I honestly won’t choose anyone else to look after my cat! Tracey, Lea and Diane are all exceptional and do the most incredible job. Our cat absolutely loves when they come over, they spend time with him, playing and fussing, and nothing is too much for them. Tracy looked after our reactive rescue cat for a week recently and we couldn’t have been happier. It’s not easy to gain her trust but Tracy seemed to build a positive relationship after just a few days, even though she had to put up with some scratches and hissing a couple of times! Tracy listened to everything we told her about our cat (which hasn’t always been the case with others) and we can tell it made things so much more easier whilst we were away. She was well fed, watered, kept super clean and we got updates/pictures every day. We also booked at very late notice due to unforeseen circumstances and Tracy was extremely accommodating. We will definitely be asking Tracy for her help again in the future!

Tracy has offered a fantastic service with drop ins for my dog. She has been flexible at short notice, is extremely prompt with communication and my dog absolutely loves her. She keeps me up to date and offers an affordable price. I’m very grateful for the service she provides.

Would recommend Tracy to anyone thinking of leaving their cat at home whilst on holiday. Tracy came and met our cat before we went a way getting a feel for her likes/dislikes. Each day we were away we got updates of how she was including photos. Communication throughout was spot on, double checking dates etc before we left. We’ve already booked Tracy in for our next trip and will do for all our trips away in the future.

Really impressed with Tracy looking after our 15 year old cat for the first time and we would definitely recommend and ihave her back. Our cat was obviously very content upon our return from holiday and Tracy had made sure all was clean and tidy with litter tray. So nice to receive pics and an update too while we were away…thank you again Tracy 🐱😊
