Tom and Toto Pet Care Ltd

We've been going to the Saturday Social Club to socialise our slightly nervous puppy, and we can really see the benefits. There are three different paddocks, with plenty of space to run, but also interesting obstacles for the dogs.
Each session lasts an hour, with up to 15 dogs, and is supervised by 2 friendly members of staff (although you are obviously still responsible for monitoring your pup!)
Its a great way to socialise your dog in a safe controlled environment, and a lovely start to the weekend: lots of dogs and dog-friendly people.
It's probably one of the best things we have done for our puppy's wellbeing and development.

The boys absolutely love spending their days at daycare, and adore all the staff and seeing all their doggy friends!! They come home absolutely shattered, through playing, mental stimulation and just general care and love from the staff at Tom & toto.

I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with them! Everything done is done to the best and highest standard and for each individual doggo!

We love getting an update at the end of the day of what the boys have been up to during the day!!! 🩵🐾

The guys at Tom and Toto, have been walking our chocolate lab Alfie for a couple of years. Alfie is collected by the team, always with a cheerful welcome by our excited dog, and the Tom & Toto staff make a huge fuss of him.
We are sent a report of the dog walk through email, with a fantastic picture of Alfie and his canine chums 'posing'!
Really flexible, and always willing to help out!

THE best doggy daycare company! Our senior rescue dog has been going to day care once a week for the last 2 years & we are so happy with the care she receives. I can highly recommend Tom and Toto my little girl loves it, she is so excited when we arrive on site she runs to the door. The staff are very friendly and its nice to see they interact with the dogs and play games, yesterday they sung happy birthday to her and sent me a video it was brilliant.😍

We are so happy with Nelly's daycare. She loves seeing her friends and has really grown in confidence since she started. The staff are amazing and we look forward, so much, to the daily update.

We have a very large and playful Leonberger who has been going to Tom and Toto day centre for 6 months now. He absolutely loves attending and we love how happy (and tired) he is after a full day. The staff are so lovely and friendly, you can tell they all genuinely love their jobs and the doggies!

My dog has been attending daycare weekly at Tom and Toto for the last 6 months, and he LOVES it. He's gone from a dog not wanting to be away from me at all to the dog who pulls me over to the door of Tom and Toto and cannot wait to get inside! The team are all so friendly and knowledgeable about keeping dogs happy, safe and entertained, that I can totally relax knowing my boy is in good hands! A perfect service with a perfect team!

I can't recommend Tom and Toto enough - our dog Riley loves going for walks and to Doggy Day Care. All of the staff are professional and friendly and great keeping me updated with photos and messages. Tom and Toto are the best!!!!

The facilities are fantastic and the team are all awesome and clearly enjoy what they do.

I take my Cairn Terrier, Bear, to the social club every Saturday morning and he absolutely loves it.

Our Labrador (Grace) loves it at Tom and Toto! Always comes back happy and exhausted after meeting all of her friends. It's a lovely setup and would highly recommend.

Great day care service delivered by Tom & Toto to our labradoodle, who loves his time there each week. All the staff clearly enjoy looking after our doggies.

Tom & Toto have been a massive help since we moved to Norwich. They have our French Bulldog Terry for day care and it's really helped him settle into his new surroundings. They have a really friendly but professional service, really easy online booking system to use as well as great customer service. Would recommend to anyone in the area in need of day care or dog walking. Terry loves his T&T walks and always comes home tired but happy!

The service is exceptional. Branston bounds in to see his furry friends and savours the warm welcome he gets from staff every time he stays for the day. He comes home shattered and notably content. I can see the attention to detail and the quality of care he receives. Branstons life and interactions are entriched for his time at Tom and Toto...leaving me able to get on with my working day without worrying about my best mate! I cannot recommend enough! Thanks to all...you are such a wonderful team! 💕

Tom & Toto are a fantastic company - all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Alfie loves his walks with Jo and I know they take great care of him. It's a really easy, efficient booking service - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class dog walking service :)

If you're looking for walking or care services for your pet, I can't imagine there is a better choice than Tom and Toto. It seems they've thought of everything for both pets and owners.

If ever I'm home when they arrive my puppy is beside himself with excitement. He comes home exhausted and content. Every time he goes out they send feedback with photos. They take him to a variety of places so no chance of him becoming bored with his playtimes. I never think twice about his safety while he's with them. When they bring him home they've often used their initiative to leave him in a safe environment. The walkers I've met all demonstrate enthusiasm for and enjoyment of animals.

The service is unbelievably simple to manage. The online booking and payment system is quick and easy. T&T have a can-do attitude and have accepted bookings at what I thought were unreasonably short notice. They take control of emergencies (such as my front door not unlocking). They have shown great respect for my home. They've responded quickly to every communication and have provided expert training advice. Not sure there's much more they could do!

Tom and Toto have been taking Oscar for his walk every Tuesday for several years now. They are super reliable and always take good care of him. It's always great to get a picture of him enjoying his walk, and reassuring to know he is in good hands!
