Outstanding customer service and I love their product. This is my second one. I did have an issue with the door locking mechanism. Initially, I was contacted by their Customer Service Team asking how I liked the unit. After I informed them of the issue, they reached out to me again. They were persistent about resolving the problem to say the least. After a few emails and a video, they informed me they were sending me another door! I will be purchasing another one for sure as I plan to add another coop and additional hens. ( I have 2 coops and 40 hens).

Brilliant - All-in-one door, super easy install, looks smart and keeps the hens safe from predators! Excellent customer service when I had some questions too. Highly recommend.

I was one of those silly people who bought a cheapy and regretted it. My chickens deserve the best, so I bought a ChickenGuard. It works perfectly. Just look at the size and how robust it is! I definitely recommend it if you looking for an easy and fast solution for your coop

Fantastic customer service, staff were very professional and friendly. Chicken door arrived so quickly and we got it fitted within minutes. Now we don’t need to worry if we are late home or want a lay in, our girls are safely away.

Excellent customer service, we had an issue a yr into having our door, the customer service was brilliant, the issue was dealt with fast and expertly and so so good having staff answering phone who knew product inside out and could talk us through how to fix it.

Excellent product. Very friendly and helpful staff. Product has made my life much easier, no panic when I get held up at work and need to get home to shut my girls in. And the boss has a pukka Audi that I could drool over outside too - result 😊👍
