A* Café

Warm welcome was followed by piping hot coffee and quick turnaround for the English breakfast with an added serve of black pudding. Whilst the café appears somewhat basic the food is spot on, the place is clean and the service efficient!

Good food well prepared, good prices and excellent friendly service. Very clean.

Had a lovely breakfast here this morning, the food was nice and the staff were very friendly, nice and clean cafe, I should come down from Birmingham more often.

Excellent pitstop! Just happened across the place and got a sausage, egg and bacon sandwich with a can of coke for £7. Really good sandwich 👍

Simply the best black coffee in Kent!

This is a cafe that I like dropping into during a walk. It can be a good half way point if I'm doing a 10 mile stroll. The food has always been good, and the staff are welcoming. The A* Cafe seems very popular with locals.

We visited here, initially just for a snack. However, we were so impressed with the staff, cleanliness and friendliness, decided a have a meal. Scampi and freshly cooked chips with salad was devoured with complete enjoyment. Even the customers were chatty and we would certainly recommend trying this family run cafe. The quality of the food and value for money is exceptional. Thank you.

I had a lunch time meeting here. I had a green tea and mushrooms on toast. The mushrooms were delicious. My colleagues were all jealous and said they'd wished they'd had them. Steaming hot, freshly cooked and really tasty. Thank you.

What a star find. Very extensive menu. The most friendliest greeting and service ever, I believe he may have been the owner. Quickly served, lovely food, will become a regular haunt.
