Dental Practice Barkingside

My family and I have been with the Dental Practice for 20 years now, our experience has been a pleasant one. The Dentist and the staff are professional, kind and very helpful. I will recommend this Dental Practice anytime.

I called them early in the morning after a night of bad tooth pain and was seen within an hour. Excellent service and very kind staff. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys!

Excellent Coustomer service

My wife and I have been with the practice for nearly 2 years. I like the Doctor’s direct and honest assessment of our dental care. The Doctor tells things as they are without the sugar coating, this may be seen by patients as she is being rude. It’s refreshing for a change for the direct conversation.

The staff at the counter are helpful and efficient.

Do not go here even if it's your last option. The dentist is extremely rude and unapologetically arrogant. My brother, in secondary school, booked an appointment and missed his morning lessons to get his teeth checked. However when he attended the appointment he was told that they are not onboarding any more NHS patients. When we said we'll pay privately she said she does not have any space in the clinic for new patients. As a recommendation, I advised her that if she knew she does not have space for new private or NHS patients, then the clinic has a responsibility to inform patients beforehand, rather than wasting their time and having them come in. This was an occasion in which my brother missed a lesson, and both the clinic and the patient's valuable time was wasted. Very unprofessional. A good dentist should be understanding of patient problems and respect the value of both parties time. Qualities that this dentist does not have. As a patient no one likes to be talked to in a rude and disrespectful manner, something that this dentist excels in.

I had a terrible experience with the dentist. This was my first appointment with them the staff were rude and unprofessional. When I finally saw the dentist, they seemed disinterested and rushed through the appointment, barely addressing my concerns. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Been going to this dentist for years, but finally had enough. Dr choudary is so rude and judgemental, and talking down to me like am a child, it just made me not want to attend her office for appointments. Today her reception staff was rude to another patient. Not only where they rude to the patient and her son they were talking behind her back, when she went out side and the son was in the room. I had to walk out of dental surgery. I would never go back there again. Even if I am desperate. Not to mention the waiting time where you had to wait up to 1 hour from your appointment time just to be seen. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone. Even a neighbour of mind had to put her in check because of her rudeness. The one dentist I did like had to leave because of the lack of empathy dr choudary has shown to her. Not a good place at all.

The doctor there was very rude and unprofessional. She shows no interest in what she is doing. Very disappointed in her manner and and lack of care in her attitude, it was as if she was uneducated. Trust me avoid this place!Would not recommend

I went to the dentist for the first time in five years because my tooth was slightly broken... but her behaviour was very unethical and discriminatory. She was saying that people who came from India have no morals, they don't know how to live here. She is Indian or Pakistani too ..She was saying that no one is taking NHS patients.. How many people have you asked but she was acting like as she was doing a favor. I never want to go back there …

Useless service from beginning (receptionist) till end (Dr. F. R. Chaudry)
I went with my 6 years old daughter as a new patient. These people were trying to show us that we are not welcomed there. I was trying to be patient but the way the doctor was talking to me was not acceptable so I fired back to her few words and I left the room with my daughter. I didn’t let her do anything to my child.
I’m still wondering why this place is still working or at least why this Dr is still a Doctor in UK after so many complaints. Extremely poor service.

This is the most worst dentist i've ever seen.
The dentist is short time memory loss patient. She is aggressive,arrogant and psycho type. She treats the patient like animal. she is racist. I never recommend anyone to go there

My lovely friend and her autistic son had a very bad experience here today. They left there in shock and we're appalled by the dentist's behaviour. The dentist was extremely rude and made un-called for sneaky comments to them both. How is she allowed to practice as a dentist?? Please save yourself the trauma and avoid going here at all costs!! The review's speak for themselves.

Went as a new patient and was very disappointed at Dr Chaudry's manner and attitude .She did show interest or care. Bizarrely she kept telling me about patients who don't keep appointments ? I was very disappointed in the lack or respect for a patient and lack of care in her attitude. Secondly she did not do a thorough check up .Did not explain about the x rays taken or what treatment is recommended. Just told me " come next week? " I am not going back. Thank you to Maya the receptionist who was most helpful and nice 👍 Such a pity about this dentist in the practice!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Dr choudry insulted my mother and shamed her for having a child and blamed her for herself (dr choudry) not receiving payment if adults dont attend at least twice. My mum has been crying for days about a toothache and dr choudry kept insulting my mum more and more, she threatened her to never come back. All whilst my mum was in excruciating pain…DONT GO HERE!!!
