Ponti's Italian Kitchen

This was our first time eating at ponti's Italian but definitely not the last , we went to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday , we were very impressed with our server charlotte she was polite and friendly and more than happy to take pictures for us, the atmosphere was great and the food was delicious especially the pork belly and the tortellini, the tiramisu dessert was amazing, i noticed some reviews said the food was pricey but for the quality we thought it was well worth it and we will most certainly go again.

It was the first time visiting Ponti’s Italian Kitchen, a small party of four to celebrate a birthday.
I ask myself, what more do you want than great company, nice surroundings, where you can either eat in or out. Friendly staff, who were willing to provide a lovely service and delicious fun food?
We shared the starters, then everyone chose a different main course, before sharing the dessert.
Great parking, free and just a short distance from the premises.
A great night and we will be back.

The food is AMAZING! Pizza was on point with cheese, very nice and crispy: there's fresh ice cold drinks, really yummy classic Italian food in general, this really shows Italian food in prime, taste and quality. Huge selection on the menu! Risottos, lots of pizzas, pastas and way more! Desserts too! The place has fair prices for food. On Average 10 pounds for a main dish, or 19 pounds for 3 courses, or 16 for 2. If your looking for a lovely lunch or drink at the bar, I recommend this place very highly to you, this place does live up to its reviews, its everything you'd want it to be! You can easily spends hundreds of pounds in here if your not careful, There's lots of drinks, like fizzy drinks (coke etc) classic Italian lemonade, juices, coffee and way more! The atmosphere is really nice, with brick walls, posh flooring, nice furniture, plants, and loads of nice details! It really gives the Italian vibe, it makes me want to go to Rome and just eat pizza all day. The service was shockingly quick, they made 2 courses in under 10-15 minutes! Drinks were bought almost immediately, staff were nice, friendly, helpful and talkative!

Amazing food and great service, can't fault this place.

Great place for events , I had my baby shower here upstairs in the small room. It was beautiful and so accommodating for orders and drinks and allergies. We've also had large family meals downstairs where they're accommodating for children too. I have on occasion when popped for lunch or booked with a couple of friends found services a little slower and staff can forget amendments and sides. But on the whole a lovely place to treat yourself too.

Really nice meal. Popped in on a lunch time and there was a 3 course special offer on for 16.99 food was well cooked and delicious table service was exceptional with a very polite young waitress with dark hair in a ponytail, I didn't get her name but she was great. My wife's pizza came with real chunks of salami not just the thin slices you often see. On the whole I can't complain there weren't really any negatives and at that price for a 3 course lunch it's very hard to go wrong

Absolutely impeccable service, lovely food and a charming atmosphere.

We visited Fox Valley on a bleak, wet, and windy day; but Ponti's was a welcoming place to have lunch with the folks.

A three-course dinner for four with drinks came to around £180.00 and we all felt we'd had our money's worth.

Thank you to all the staff at Ponti's for making Mother's Day lunch a success. We'll see you again soon I'm sure.

Went today for my early birthday meal... staff were fantastic, so polite and helpful. And food was outstanding! There was a small mix up with the order. But it was handled, and didn't take away from the 5 star service. Mistakes happen. We will continue to visit when ever we want the best belly pork I've ever eaten. Well done 👏

Superb! I was so excited to write this review. In a beautiful location, fox valley. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, especially our personal waitress. The interior of the building is amazing. Its almost rustic meets modern but its been done properly. Everything from the bar to the toilets and wine store (where they keep the wine) upstairs. All the food was cooked perfectly. The only minor criticism is it thought the starter was a little small but maybe that's just me. It all tasted delicious and im certainly trying to rush back ! Youll be happy to know it was all really well priced. I thought somewhere as classy as that was going to be a little dearer, which id have still happily paid for what they provided but it was absolutely spot on. Highly recommended.

Super place for a family party of 10 (age range from 1 year to 80+) Service was brilliant, lovely staff. Food was delicious, great choices on the menu. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food at Ponti’s is always fresh and delicious. I’m vegetarian, and it’s nice to have several options on the main menu. The staff are very friendly, and it’s the perfect atmosphere for everyone; couples, families, friends, at any time of day. Highly recommended.

Ice cold glasses for alcohol free Peroni beer.
Pizza served so quickly even the waitress was surprised.

I was there as a guest of a birthday party. Waitresses were lovely. Music I found a bit too loud. One Star knocked because the milk offered with the tea was out of date, but this was immediately fixed by the members of staff.

We had my sisters baby shower here the food was lovely the staff were so friendly and the venue was perfect would reccomend

I've been to Ponti's a number of times and always had an enjoyable experience. However we recently enjoyed the meal & show experience that has prompted this review.

I've never been fussed about the idea of tribute nights. I always imagined they'd be a bit too cheesy to enjoy much less to make a long, dining experience out of it too. I was wrong.

FOOD
It was a 3 course meal with a glass of fizz on arrival. My wife and I enjoyed every single element of our courses. I enjoyed the meatball starter, salmon & basil mash main whilst my wife also enjoyed the Burrata Croquettes & Tortellini main. Everything served was fresh made (including the pasta) and the desserts were also excellent.

DRINK
Lovely cocktail menu done to a good standard. It was hard to choose one but we opted for the Whisky sour & Amaretto Sours. Very nice.

SERVICE
We arrived a little earlier and the staff were warm & attentive. The food arrived promptly & to a high standard which is a huge compliment to any team mass catering for an event. Special shout out to all the staff but especially Arg for being accommodating and friendly throughout, it made the experience feel intimate & personal.

SHOW
The upstairs room is an excellent function location. Good sized bar, classy décor and has a private balcony. The singer (Johnny Mack) was 10/10 in his singing ability but also his showmanship with the crowd. He created a brilliant atmosphere that got the whole room dancing and singing along. He was still going at 10:30pm when we left!

Overall - a wonderful experience. So much so we've pre-emptively booked the Elvis Presley night in February 2024 but I'll definitely return to the Johnny Mack/George Michael one again.

What a gem! Stopped for a quick lunch on our way elsewhere; the decor is stunning, the staff were brilliantly friendly and the food was delicious!! We’ll be back!

Loved the food. Was really delicious. Prices are premium but that's what you should be expecting. Good range of drinks. Service was amazing first time. Not so much second.
