We booked two rooms for a large group walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge and things worked perfectly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and Susan was very responsive and polite with her correspondence. I’ll certainly book here again and recommend that friends do too. Thank you!

We hired out both bunk houses as a base for a charity fundraiser completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks, we were able to walk from the door step so an ideal location.
Facilities are fabulous, kitchens were very well equipped to cater for 50 people, ample parking and the place was spotlessly clean.
I would highly recommend!

Fabulous place in a very appropriate location especially if you are doing The Yorkshire Three Peaks, you are literally yards away from the start/finish. Spotlessly clean and tidy in our room and the kitchen is well-equipped also Susan very helpful, friendly and polite in the booking procedure. Shower was utterly BRILLIANT after an arduous day. WE'LL BE BACK! !

Fantastic bunk room - really comfortable with great kitchen facilities! Susan was really helpful and responsive with getting us booked in and answering the questions we had.

Thank you! We had a great time in the Yorkshire Dales and would highly recommend the 3 Peaks bunk room!

We stayed at the 3 Peaks Bunkroom in June 2024 for a weekend and booked the two barns for a group of 35 adults.

We found communication with Susan really easy and efficient from our initial enquiry right through to check out. She answered our questions and helped us prepare to bring our group to the Dales.

The accommodation was just what we needed for our stay; comfortable rooms, clean and functional bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

We car-shared so were able to fit in the car park and some of our party enjoyed food and drink at the Golden Lion Pub. We hiked up Pen-Y-Ghent and enjoyed looking around Settle.

Would recommend 3 Peaks Bunkroom for larger group weekends away. Thank you Susan!

Location for Yorkshire three peaks challenge is idea, right on the route. Accommodation is ideal for groups and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner, Susan is perfect and will do everything possible to ensure your stay is welcoming.

Superb location with stunning views. The rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of power sockets. The beds were a little uncomfortable but fine for a night or two and the kitchen area was fantastic for cooking and socialising in the evenings. Will definitely be booking again.

We used the bunk room for two nights before and after we did the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. We hired the whole of the big barn as it was for a corporate event. The facilities are very clean and having a big kitchen / dining area was great for socialising.
The pub which is across the car park did lovely food and we were right on the route for the walk so the location could not have been better.
There were also eV charging points which I hadn't realised so that's an extra win!
The booking process, arrival and leaving were seamless.
Would highly recommend the whole place for big group gatherings!

Excellent, clean rooms. Newly built in a fabulous location.
Though, could benefit from some hooks in the washroom (Room 6).

This place is perfect for the peaks challenge. Right on the doorstep of the first mountain. The rooms are clean and still have that new smell. Shower room put my own to shame. Shared kitchen really worked, well equipped and clean. I would recommend and would definitely stay again x

Twelve of us stayed here for our recent 3 Peaks attempt. We booked 2 of the 6 bed bunk rooms for 2 nights and at £20 each per night you can’t knock the price. The en-suite facilities are great, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (in our case a kettle and fridge). There are plenty of sockets in the room and the bunk beds are comfy. A word of warning, the rooms get warm so we had the windows open but it gets noisy from very early on with people parking up so be prepared to wake up early. Another bonus is it’s only 20 paces to the Golden Lion pub next door so even if you’re struggling to walk you can still get a pint and something to eat. We’d definitely all stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Susan was very helpful when we arranged the booking and the accommodation is ideal for starting the walk in Horton in Ribblesdale. Kitchen ideal to self cater or there are 2 pubs in the village. Recommended.

I wanted a place to stay before and after I did the three peaks challenge and this was perfect! 5 minutes walk from one of the main starting points as well as some other small hikes.

I asked to move my booking forward q day and Susan was very accommodating and allowed this. Details to the room were provided early so I was able to access my room when I arrived. The room was very clean and the shower was rather nice after my long hike! I had a 6 bed room to myself for £40 per night.

Overall I would certainly book this again if I was coming to the area. Great swift responses and everything I needed.

Great bunk house - modern, clean, lovely kitchen facilities and good showers.

Behind a local pub selling nice food and good selection of drinks.

Group of 16 stayed across a few rooms and we all had a great stay.
