Really informative and patient. Took my mum to get a kit as she has smoked for 40+ years and decided she wanted to try vaping.
The lady was so sweet and made her feel very welcome (mum was very nervous upon arrival) Very helpful!! I’ve been a regular customer since they opened and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! The fact they have parking is great and it’s easily accessible! If they haven’t got what you want they always make the effort to try and get it for you!

Very helpful and friendly staff with useful product knowledge. Great selection of juices and equipment.

Since beginning work in Norwich over a year ago, I've been going to Spitfire for all my vaping needs.

They've always had helpful suggestions/solutions for me and I've always left feeling looked after.

Always helpful with a advise and recommendations. With mods and new vape flavours I Had one faulty product and they swapped it with no problems at all . Great group of people can't recommend enough .only place I will go 👍👍👍 keep it up guys

Just visited spitfire vap as local to home.
The lady who owns it was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose my products.
Definitely will be back and using the shop regularly..

Amazing service I rang up to try sort my mum a vape out and both owners helped out so much, explaining which vape would be best for my mum to use and liquid. I was able to purchase and they sent my product out to me via post and it came the next day. Thank you so much spitfire vape.

Am not local, I was visiting my brother inlaw and he uses the place. Was low on juice and went there.. highly recommend, staff were knowledgeable and polite and a nice rang, will use again when visiting 100%

I loved this place, not only can I use the airways cafe where I pop into from time to time I can now pick up any vapeliquid that takes my fancy as the friendly couple who run the shop will try and get in what I ask for.
