Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always lots of choice, special offers and a bargain bin. Has been our regular shop for nearly two years, despite others being nearer. Slight issue with parking (because their busy) but the parking is right outside and off the road. Five stars Dave and Shirley

I visited DNA Vape yesterday 10th of September. As an experienced vaper I believed I knew a few things and was fairly educated in the world of vapes. After my visit yesterday I couldn’t be more wrong. The gentleman that looked after me and my partner was very knowledgeable and honest . Giving detailed information of my needs and how best to achieve them. Aside from his knowledge, I’ve never felt so welcome. After visiting many different vape shops. I sometimes feel I’m made too feel a little stupid and that my opinion doesn’t matter.
The gentleman provided a tailored service for my needs and I couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend any type of vaper to visit the taverham branch, whether your experienced or a beginner. They have you. As I’m moving to Swaffham the distance may seem a little far for vape advice or juice. However, the distance won’t matter when you receive a 5 star experience

when we went to dna vape in taverham the guy working was will, we explained what we wanted and he was incredibly helpful, he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. so we came out with exactly what we wanted. go there if you vape or are thinking about it.

Best vape shop around, Will is one of the best and most friendliest people you will ever deal with, products are great and they have liquids and other stuff that no other shops have!! I won’t go elsewhere now
