Lovely spacious cafe in paisley centre. We tried the red and green focaccia sandwich which were both delicious. Great service and presentation and cool decorations and atmosphere.

Places like this one should be rated 5 stars always. We should support good local businesses.
The place is very cozy.
The service was really good and the price is not bad.

Returned as it was so good last time. Welcomed as you come thru the door - what's not to like? Food was great and very filling. Teapot holds copius amounts of tea. Amazing way the staff welcome and foster conversation. Truly wonderful

Small, bijou bistro. Lovely staff, good menu, salmon and cream cheese bagel to die for...whats not to love? Extra large pot of tea was amazing and great coffee. We will return.

I love this place in the heart of the town and quite central for anyone waiting on a train the food is amazing and great value for money all produce is fresh and the soup is homemade would recommend to anyone great for a snack or a lunch plus variety of teas coffees and soft drinks and they serve cakes and pastrys so you won't be disappointed Also dog friendly and have outside seating for good weather its a lovely chilled relaxing atmosphere so everyone feels welcome Plus its also handy for takeaway or you can order from just eat so you can enjoy the food at home or take to work

I only had a black americano coffee, the coffee was great one of the better coffees in the town, staff were all friendly and it looks like they have a good loose leaf tea selection.

Will be back to try some more

Absolutely amazing staff at kettle black. I have so many allergies and was nervous to order anything. But after speaking to the staff I felt so comfortable. One of the members of staff explained she has allergies aswell which put me at ease. I wanted a salami and mozzarella toastie which is not on the menu but they kindly accommodated my request. Thanks again.

Lovely place, wonderful atmosphere in a great location. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while running errands and the vibe was immaculate! Fun decor and lively music made me want to come back with a good book and people watch for hours.
Staff were all very sweet and service was prompt. I got a light bite and drink but both items exceeded expectations in taste and appearance. I got an iced caramel macchiato which was smooth and not too sweet. The staff know what they're doing behind the bar. The Bacon and Avocado bagel was fabulous light and fresh flavors and the bacon was cooked nice and tender, and it was served with a side salad with a lovely slightly fruity balsamic vinaigrette.
I look forward to returning.

Excellent café - friendly and very helpful staff; great choice of food for breakfast, well cooked and prepared. The café is airy and bright overlooking lovely sandstone buildings in Paisley's centre. Breakfast was superb value.

The best crab and salmon Bagel I have ever eaten, the owner is attentive to every detail, excellent customer service.

Chilled coffee shop, which also sells great vegan options.
The only issue I have is they are so slow at bring you the food.
We waited at least 40 mins before food was served. Not great when you have small kids.

This is a fantastic independent coffee shop. My daughter who is 4 has a dairy allergy finds it very hard to find things she likes. We came here after visiting my wife who owns a barber shop close by and ordered 2 lentil soups with bread and dairy free butter (which my daughter said was the best soup with the nicest butter she’s ever had). While eating our soup and drinking my coffee I decided to ask if they had a dairy free hot chocolate available to which the staff went above and beyond for my daughter and gave her a dairy free hot chocolate with dairy free whipped cream in a flat white cup (so it looked like my coffee in the take away cup). This was my daughters first ever hot chocolate and she loved it. Thanks for making it such a positive experience.

Always have a great experience here! Friendly baristas who always take the time to say hello, no matter how busy! Great food, coffee and selection of loose leaf teas. Staff are very knowledgeable about their menu. I always leave feeling uplifted :)

Lovely decorated, good food, and great coffee. Had the special - iced pistachio latte with pistachio whip. Not exaggerating when I say it’s the best coffee I’ve ever tasted!

Love Kettle Black! We moved from Edinburgh to Renfrew and this cafe helps us capture that up market town feel. The staff are lovely and even remember my dietary needs.

You gotta try the gluten free and dairy free cream cheese and chive bagel.

The inside could be a bit more upmarket eg comfort chairs and more interesting decor, but this has improved a little since the rebrand.

The bagels taste great.

The coffee is well sourced and well prepared by brilliant baristas. The food is somehow even better. For the effectively the same price point as say Costa you get 4x the food, and a wonderful vinegrette side salad to boot. Customers of all ages flock here, and it's easy to see why.
