First time in this pub .landlord was very welcoming. Would definitely visit again

Lovely, friendly local pub, nice Guinness, reasonable prices. Nice to sit in the beer garden and chill.

Lovely Sunday roast! We had five different vegetables and two types of potatoes. We had beef and pork, both of which were cooked to perfection. There was stuffing and plenty of gravy, as well as a big Yorkshire pudding! It was probably one of the best roasts we've had, and we will definitely go back for more. Thank you for a really tasty meal!!

Was lovely to visit a pub that has diversified over the years .. now having their own restaurant to half of the pub.. I'm sure it is working well .. it would be nice to see the staff actually working (tidying or cleaning) instead of being on their phone. I worked in a pub and there was ALWAYS something to do (even chat to the customers) .. put the phones away!!!

Lovely afternoon here on Saturday, fabulous barmaid couldn't have been more helpful in selection of drinks, and finding some darts. Nice ambience, friendly locals, lovely and clean.
We will devoutly be returning x

A proper local pub. Staff and customers are welcoming and dogs are allowed. Occasional live music. Beer garden is a suntrap. Pool table. Good well kept beers but no food at present. I feel very comfortable here.

A very cozy pub and friendly atmosphere. The bar staff are first class and there is always a warm welcome here - a great night at the Karaoke evening last night! (y)

Really liked this place. Came to watch a football game on Sky Sports (they also have BT) and really enjoyed the afternoon out here. People were nice staff were nice with a great selection of drinks. Nice work guys!
