Lush Cosmetics Stratford City

I am absolutely thrilled with the massage bars at Lush. I am a therapist and constantly searching for the right products to use within my work. These bars are perfect for massage, whiles massaging, the texture allows you to go deeper, and it doesn't absorb quickly whereby you can massage with it for a long time. It keeps the skin feeling smooth and the aroma is divine! I shall be using them on my clients.
I also want to say that the staff there are so nice and helpful. A great experience to be in this amazing shop 🌸🌷💕

I can’t recommend this Lush store enough. I live outside the UK and always stock up with Lush products whenever I can. I spent over 1 hour in the store and the whole time Gally & Raga made me feel comfortable and not rushed at all. I went in with my list, got everything I needed but also left with some extras that were recommended. Both of them were so kind and attentive, making sure that I got everything I needed. Other staff members were also just as lovely. I would go back to this store again in a heartbeat, thank you so much! 💕

Wow what an amazing experience it was entering the Lush at Westfield Stratford, as someone who works in retail, I am always looking out for good customer service and a sales associate that can make a connection with the customer; As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Raga! I was looking for my regular perfume and body cream but wasn’t sure where to start, she asked me a few simple questions about my taste and what smells and textures I enjoy and from there she kindly suggested products that she thought I would like and I did! She didn’t miss the mark once, everything she was demoing on me was exactly what I had described, I fell in love with 3 of the creams but wasn’t sure how to make my mind up, but she was so patient with me, she led me over to the perfume section to and she help me decide which cream would be good to layer on top of the fragrance I love, everything was done with such attention to detail and she really made me feel she cared and I loved her connection and eye contact which is sooo important; overall, such a wonderful experience with a lovely sales associate, by the end, she even gave me very generous samples of the two other creams I loved.

Such a wonderful store with lovely bright coloured products such as Bath bombs. Natural soaps, lip balms, henna dye, face masks are some of the other products they do. The staff are very helpful and more than happy to use the stock of Bath bombs to demonstrate how they work and what fragrances they deliver. Nice touches like a poem contained in the product which becomes released after bomb has fizzed away. Very appealing products here, so we'll worth a visit!

Thursday I came in with my friend and I was greeted by the lovely Pui Ying - She was very friendly, she listened to me and recommended exactly what I was looking for and more. She was very descriptive with the ingredients of each product, offered great knowledge about the company and we had a great conversation overall. I bought the Dream Cream body lotion and as I was about to leave she gave me a free gift which was the Magik massage bar which brightened up my whole day, it was such a lovely gesture and I’m definitely coming back to get some more products. It was a great overall experience only to buy a single product. Definitely recommend visiting 👍🏽

Had the best experience this time where Raga helped me selecting products based on my requirements. Unlike most of the sale representatives everywhere or a consultant she only suggested which is necessary for my skin and face. It was a wonderful experience.

William at the Lush shop in Westfield was amazing! He helped me with my beetlejuice purchases at the store *so loving the lush collab promotion* and was super kind and even wrapped up my purchases jn a beetlejuice bag! I am so pleased with the shops offers and William and the staff are amazingly kind and polite!

As I entered the store Ragha just made me feel soooo comfortable, warmth welcoming and excellent customer service. She literally was there with me for 1 hour and tested my skin and made me buy what is best for my skin. Loved it and would recommend all my friends to try this product. Thankyou Ragha once again.

Awayna was great! I explained my 5 year old had eczema. She was really helpful and explained the story behind the bath bomb. I will remember the story every time I purchase it. She was friendly and bubbly. Thank you.

I just want to thank Sasha for helping me in the store today, I came in with a lot of bags and she helped me store them while I shopped, then she was very patient and helpful while I was trying to decide what to buy and also sharing information about the products and helped me pick everything out.
So thank you for the great experience, I was having a very stressful morning and didn’t know if I would find what I needed and Sasha took some of that stress off my shoulders !

Lovely place to shop. This is the Lush where I’ve had the best customer experience. The Asian sales associate that I spoke to was highly knowledgeable and gave me very helpful recommendations. Although it is quite small, I prefer it to the bigger store at Oxford Street as it carries all the essentials and is not too overwhelming for the senses. My boyfriend has never been.

As usual place always smell so cool and sweet. Specially I would like to say thanks for all the staff. They had amazing customer services and knowledge about each item. You never ever find more better services around London then LUSH. Only think I never seen offers. I hope they should start giving offers and discounts to the customer.

Love this branch however Lena made it that bit better than previous visits. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and understood the assignment when it came to the fragrance triggers of the products vs the function and helped me find a happy medium. Thanks hun 😊

This place is always welcoming purely because of the sweet smell that comes pouring out the shop and also the lovely bright colours that catch your attention from a mile away! If you’re a bath bomb person then this place would be your second home. That’s not all they do… they have gifts sets, tooth powder tablets, soaps, creams and oils to pamper yourself with. I can’t walk passed this shop without popping in!

I had a consultation with Raga today, and it was absolutely brilliant. She patiently explained all the steps for my skin care routine, tailored her advice to my skin type, and offered invaluable recommendations. I had been using the wrong products for my super sensitive skin, so Raga’s advice today has been life changing. She is so empathic and kind!

The shop is very beautiful filled with vibrant colours and all sorts of amazing treats you can spoil yourself with. I only go there once in a while to buy bath bombs. The prices are a bit on the expensive side if you’re used to buying from supermarkets and drugstore. But totally worth it. I’m hoping to treat myself to their strawberry shower gel on my next visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to demonstrate how a bath bomb works to my friend who has never used one.

Popped in today after seeing the ad for their Super Milk, as someone with curly hair, but found ourselves falling in love with the Sticky Date range! Thank you to Martha for being so lovely and getting stuck in with us (pun intended)

I popped into the Stratford Lush the other day to have a quick look around when Olympia came over asking if I needed any help. She was incredibly kind, patient and just lovely to speak to - I can’t thank her enough as she reignited my love for all things Lush! She’s a real asset to the company and I wish her all the best for a bright and successful future ahead!

I shopped at the Westfield-Stratford and was assisted by Tannaz, and she was most wonderful staff. She helped my with hair and skin products. It was really nice to see that she didn’t rush and took time to see what I was actually looking for. Thank you very much.
