Alright so I’m from New York traveling abroad to the UK in the East South of Kent and I’m a big fanatic of Starbucks back at home. I’ve missed iced coffee since I been here. So I came into the shop today and let me tell you it was the best I could ever imagine! To the amazing cashier Jenny, who was absolutely great at making the drink after showing her on my phone of what I drink back at home!!! LIKE OMG WHAT?! IT WAS REALLY BETTER THAN BACK AT HOME IN NEW YORK!! 🙃🙂💯 Thank you so much Jenny!! Jenny was an outstanding, energetic, kindness, and absolutely amazing employee! If I were her boss, she would have gotten a high raise and employee of the month!! P.S. Jenny, keep up writing your books!!

Nice & comfy place to have a coffee. It have 2 floors. Staff is really helpful and the place is kept neat and tidy

Great service. Came in with my friend from New York who wanted an American Starbucks drink made. A lovely lady called Jenny was very helpful and made it. Let me tell you Jenny’s drink was better tasting then the American one! She was professional and went above and beyond. A big thank you also to a kind smiling face Franco who was helpful too. Will visit again very soon thank you!

Large lattes are huge! Great tasting coffee. Sat upstairs as I had a zoom meeting. Music wasn't too loud and the area was generally clean and tidy.

It was quite quiet this time but the service was just as good as it always is, everyone was really friendly and polite. The shop was very clean and well presented and the drinks and food were spot on

I'm well aware everyone's tastes are different, but, I like my coffee to taste like coffee & not just sweet hot milk! Starbucks always hits the coffee taste for me, staff are fast & friendly... bonus! 👌☕ Oh my son says they do the best choc chunk cookie too! (He's 6, cookies are important!)

I recently met a few friends for a coffee and was prepared to sit outside as we had 2 dogs with us. We were told that well behaved dogs were welcome inside. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience, the staff made us very welcome and even provided water for the dogs.

Go here all the time with my girlfriend we both love it. Every time we go up town instantly both say Starbucks. Staff polite and friendly make you feel very welcome :-) . Its got very nice seating area upstairs overlook the high street. I dont like the toilet however because they are rather small and make me feel costrafobic.

Lovely friendly staff. Clean. There is a baby changing facility upstairs, there is no lift though but isn't really a big problem for me. Also more seating available upstairs.

This is my local and favorite Starbucks the staff are brilliant as soon as I walk in they know what I want and how I want it they are always polite the seating if comfortable and plenty of it I've never not been able to get a chair all in all a brilliant Starbucks

Starbucks is my favourite place of all, especially the Ashford one. Staff are so friendly and I just love relaxing here drinking a hot chocolate.
