AUTHENTIC ITALIAN food and coffee! I liked this place so much I went 3 times, (breakfast , lunch and dinner)over a 2 day period and bought food for my flight home back to the States! Lovely music piped in, personal customer service, variety of choices( I recommend the Lasagna and any of the breakfasts), pleasing presentation! I can go on and on…..

Cakes are amazing and delicious. Definitely worth a visit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice place inside pleasant atmosphere, also some seating outside.

A lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly and polite service, a very good selection of sweet and savoury options, and excellent coffee! This was my first visit after it was recommended by a friend, it certainly won't be my last!

More expensive than your average cafe but the food is served quickly and professionally, lots of choice and everything is kept hot/cold/fresh as required. Very authentic atmosphere and is kept at just the right temprature during both summer and winter making it very easy to settle in. The character remains in keeping for both respectively and is always a go-to.

Food was lovely. Nothing was to much trouble,the staff were very friendly. We felt welcome. So many cakes to choose from. Working my way through them.

What a GORGEOUS little place!!! The staff are so polite and kind, and can't do enough for you. The waitress even made me my own custom lunch of mozzarella, olives, and tomatoes which isn't even on the menu!! Such fresh ingredients!! I will always be back!!

I started using this Cafe on my breaks, now i use milano's daily due to the friendly welcoming staff, excellant fresh food and as far as i, and most of my colleagues are concerned, arguably bye far the best coffee in town. Leigh the bus.

Perfect hidden gem in the heart of Cambridge's city centre. Freshly made Italian cuisine, by friendly staff and at a reasonless price too. Definitely recommend if you're feeling hungry for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Beware if you like cake!.
Fabulous food, fabulous choice. Great meeting place, although it has changed its name now.

Had Chocolate pistachio cake 🍰 It was THE BEST I had till date. Amazing cafe with variety of options to choose from. Deserves a visit each time we are at the city centre 👍

The food is fresh, and what a choice there is, from fresh pasta dishes and pizza, to a wide selection of cakes and bakes. Good value for money too.

Been here a few times over the last few years and never disappointed. Food is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommend the cannoli's - make sure you try one of every flavour!
