Outstanding customer care today from manager Scott and the lovely friendly assistant from the food hall who dealt with my enquiry about a bakery order when I was in the store at 5p.m. Scott- your helpful and obliging manner was much appreciated and your assistant's willingness to help at the end of a hot and tiring day most impressive.
This is the reason why we stay loyal to M&S.

Bra fitting.. Appointment made for 1.30pm served by Elif, she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and lots of patience in helping to decide on what bra suits and fits best. She made me feel at ease as I was very anxious and nervous. A real asset to your company. Thank you.

Well known for being the best quality food and drink supermarket in Stirling. A wee bit pricier than the discount stores but you only get what you pay for. Love the dine for two tenner deal and the freshly baked bread. Later in the day you get reduced items, I once got a half lobster for a £1. Well chuffed!

Great store with fully stocked shelves of quality food ....lovely bakery lady gave me a face covering and helped with self service checkout. Can strongly recommend
