Excellent choice of food, drinks, quality butcher on site, look out for bargains!. Freshly made sandwiches, rolls, fancy a pizza? Yes they can make one! All staff friendly, the sell fuel as well!

This shop is so clean, the staff are polite , especially if your polite to them, if your rude then you won't get a welcoming response which is only fair! The food is always well displayed, fresh and the condition of the fruit is fantastic. It's tasty. I always find what I need here, if it's not in stock it's soon replenished. I'm glad it's near me.

Staff get paid minimum wage, 30 hours per week, with 6 hours of mandatory overtime. The manager, Darren, also spoke in a disgusting tone during the job interview; if that’s how he speaks to prospective employees, then I’d hate to see how he treats his actual employees!
At least that explains the poor reviews relating to staff behaviour - minimum wage, minimum effort!

Says it’s 24 hours but they will only serve you through a hatch. I drove 15 miles to get some food to take with medication to be told there’s no access to the store. What a waste of my time and Petrol.

Spoken to in a rude manner by staff at till to move away as I'm disabled i needed a second to move myself but she did not give me this time, to turn round and have 2 members of staff squeezing past me in a tiny gap close enough to kiss me i have anxiety this made me have a panic attack. Great thanks never again

I did send an email to be told they are sorry that this happened and things are in place for this not to happen and they will go and see the behaviour of shoppers in store, but it was your staff that acted in a rude manner and stood less than 5cm behind me, I have anxiety this was not fantastic for me thanks

Staff have a disgusting attitude towards customers, they make you feel bad for even coming into the store, huffing and puffing at people. You need to hold a staff training day and learn them how to treat PAYING customers with respect!!! It's most certainly my last resort to ever use this store. SMILE IT DOES'NT HURT, TRY IT!!

I would rather have my teeth pulled out with pliers then go in there again. The customer service is shocking. I might as well talk to the wall, at least I'll get a response. Shocking!

Terrible customer service I didn't quite catch the young lads name but he completely ignored me at the counter. Just do better

Got short changed so left my name and number for manager to check the till and ring me back but didn't hear back so left my name and number 5 an extra 5 times and didn't hear anything back so they kept my £8 change so thanks spar rip off.!!!
