Starbucks

It seemed to be very busy and I usually expect this to result in poor customer service however I was served by a lovely young man named josh, he was very patient with me and gave me some great recommendations when I asked. He was nothing but polite and courteous! When I explained my allergies he helped me choose a drink and snack that would be suitable and I was so pleased with the result!
I will definitely be returning for his customer service!

Stopped by on a Sunday, quick service in the drive thru. Coffee and service was great. The young man serving noticed we had a dog in the car and offered to give us a bit of whipped cream in a cup, which I thought was a nice thing to do.

Outstanding! I love this Starbucks. Staff never fail to display excellent customer service both at drive-thru and inside the store. Staff are always polite and professional in all aspects of their duties. A member of staff named Hannah helped myself in receiving discounts via the Starbucks app, I was unaware of this app until Hannah showed me it and how to use it. This has made my Starbucks trips from frequent to daily 🙈

Hail the lovely young member of staff called Nina! Was absolutely lovely and patient with two of us who were dithering on choice, recommended an alternative and did not rush us even though it was like 9:25pm nearly closing time,. Have been to coffee competitors who have literally barked at me because they are closing in 5. (Why advertise a closing time but close five minutes before?) anyway lovely lovely girl, and just the service and coffee we needed before a big drive back home! Thank you Nina I hope the company appreciate you!

I regularly pass this starbucks and pick up my usual order. I cannot fault the service I recieve, especially from Josh. I rarely get any food to go as i have a gluten intolerance however what I have had in the past I couldn't complain. The staff are friendly and now know my order off hand which is great. 5 star service

I love how personal this Starbucks is! All the staff always have a smile on their face and always wish me a great day upon leaving. Drive thru is always quick and drinks are spot on too. Can’t wait to come back :)

Josh always serves me with a smile and he is so friendly. Always stops to have a conversation and see how I am, credit to the store

One of the cleanest Starbucks toilet I have ever seen. The service is quick. Parking and also drive thru available.

I mean it's a Starbucks. The pricing is normal for that (which is not that cheap) but the service is really good and friendly and the drive through good as well. The location is quite practical if you drive on the nearby motorway and want to make a quick stop.

The friendliest of staff every time I come in and cannot fault the drinks at all here - lovely lady called Tracy who served me today was so pleasant and cheerful. One of my favourite Starbucks to visit.

I have been popping into the drive thru for the last few fridays and although its really busy, I just wanted to write that Tracy is always cheery and friendly, she makes me smile

Used the drive-in and we were welcomed by young friendly assistant, who offered our tired border collie a pup pot, but sadly our collie is lactose intolerant so she missed out. The service was wonderful with a genuine friendliness that provided a welcome break from our long trip. The staff at this Starbucks are first rate and so was the coffee

Huge improvement since the management got sorted out. Drinks are always good. And it’s in a good location. Felt for the staff during the tough times. But they’ve all pulled through, and have been consistently polite throughout. Things are now up to Starbucks’ expected standards. Probably better in fact.

Great coffee stop, lovely and clean and staff are really friendly.

When I'm in Stirling, I definitely visit this Starbucks, the staff are busy but always have time to chat and banter.

Simply leaving to correct the latest review: Starbucks Kildean does and has always had a disabled toilet. There is a red pull cord in this toilet which touches the ground able to alert staff. It is wheel chair accessible, has a handle style door lock, lower sink, and hand grip for the wall. This toilet is located on the right hand side of the store, where the signs for the disabled toilet and baby change toilet are displayed. The standard access toilets are on the left. If visual impairment is an issue as to why this couldn’t be found, I am more than sure staff would be happy to help! Hope it can be found on the next visit.
