I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely return, plus I recommend it. However, if you're terrible with directions like I am, be prepared to get lost finding your way back to Canary Wharf train station. If you plan to visit, make sure you leave plenty of time—this is not a place to rush through!

I recently had an outstanding experience at John Lewis Canary Wharf thanks to Georgie. Whilst here I came to return an item and I was quite anxious whilst doing so however she gave me the upmost service and made me feel at ease whilst telling her my concern. I would like to say she is an amazing staff and she’s great at her job.

Was served by the lovely and smiley Sue. As I was at the checkout and buying bedding, she made sure to confirm the sizes and actual type of bedding I had picked up knowing that once I had bought bedding and opened it, I wouldn’t be able to return it. She thankfully made me realise that I had picked up two duvet covers, rather than one duvet cover and one fitted sheet and gave me enough time to grab the correct item and finish my transaction.

I had an unexpected large and heavy parcel for Click & Collect, Latecha, Pamela and Charles came to the rescue. Latecha kindly suggested a number of options to carry it home, Pamela managed to hunt down some strings and found Charles to help string the box so I could comfortably carry it home. This is truly amazing customer service.

Today I visited Canary wharf branch with itention to buy Dyson airwrap.As I did not had much knowledge about it,I was lucky to meet Yvonne at tje custmoer service at the store.It turned out she could assist me as she was a hairstylist.Her knowledge,kindness help me a lot today.I am so gratefull and happy with her.Please hire more people like her and recognize her customer care skills.Thank you

Beautiful store covering 3-4 floors, they have all my favourite brands stocked, staff are always helpful and on hand!

Visited John Lewis with a couple of my friends and loved the customer service, especially the lady at the perfume section. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she was there at around 3:30/4:30 on 6/10/23. Really friendly and really talkative and loved the conversation and help she gave to us on picking out the perfect fragrance.

I loved it. I have been shopping here for years and have consistently enjoyed the experience, quality of the merchandise, friendly and helpful staff. JL has always had fair pricing as well. It may not be the cheapest but also far from the most expensive. It's always been top quality for fair value in a great location and a great overall shopping experience. Highly recommended.

My usual work rucksack broke. Luckily, I was in Waitrose at the time so popped upstairs to John Lewis and the service I received in choosing a new work bag was second to none. I didn't catch the lady's name but just want to say 'thank you' and that you made my day (which also happens to be my birthday:) )

Limited selection due to it being a small branch of JL, but all the essentials. Mega Waitrose downstairs balances it out nicely, but the prices match the postcode. Excellent service provided with lots of willingness, heart and personality from Neem. Retail at it's finest. Thank you for finding my mum a pair of shoes ready for the wedding we're "really excited about".

I love this branch of John Lewis located above Waitrose in Canary Wharf. It's compact but has many various products as you would find in a large JL but just not such large quantities. There is also a coffee bar that never seems that busy as quite tucked away so ideal for a quick spot of food and beverages. Also, it has lovely friendly and extremely helpful staff 👍 😀 😊 👏 I highly recommend it!

I went to Waitrose to buy a toilet brush and left with a toilet brush, a Mepal food container and a large freestanding double sided mirror. John Lewis's wares are just too good to ignore.

I wanna say thanks to Mary, who gave me great advice and heart-warming service. This company is lucky to have such brilliant employee.

My 81 year old mom can to visit from NY and needed some warm tights or leggings for her flight back. We asked Shelly in the womenswear department and she was so lovely and helpful. Really made us feel valued and special.
