Very helpful vets taken care of both my 'Grandsons'. Great communication with follow up calls.

It's clear from the moment that you walk in that the staff all love our pets. My dog loves to visit. Loads of treats and fuss made of him
On the more practical side, there is a great selection of kibble, meats, treats and dog accessories. Same for cats too. Every type of pet seems to be catered for, and at reasonable prices. I would thoroughly recommend it. And so would Oscar 🐕

Staff friendly and helpful, have a good variety of food and accessories to choice from fir your pet. Has a vets inside the business if you need support for your pet. Overall a very good pet shop.

Super nice staff, Jake on the checkout helped us get a discount on all the stuff we needed for the cats we had just rescued.

This is my go-to Pets at Home and I must say that the staff are quite helpful, whilst the wide array of products ensures that I can choose the best item for my dog. All in all, I would recommend this branch over some other branches.

Went in to store to buy treats for my friends dog, who has just been diagnosed with Diabetes. Good selection of toys and good price too, picked up the purple 'bear' 👍 next over to look at dog treats. Asked a member of staff about the best treats for diabetic dog. He gave me good advice and directed me where the treats were in the store. Shame I didn't get his name.

Very helpful staff a credit to the management.
Only 1 mistake was the vets visit with my puppy was the table had cat nails on the table and was not cleaned for nexted pet so you do t know weather the cat had some infection that could be passed on.
My nexted visit I will check and if not done I will ask for a refund and go elsewhere. Sorry. My pet is my priority.

Friendly staff and good store

I love this store. The staff are always so attentive and knowledgeable. I have recently had a puppy for the first time for a long time and Pet at Home has been a brilliant place to get advice and all the things my puppy needs. You have a great team especially Annie, she is always there to help and knows exactly what you and your pet need.

Staff were bright, polite, full of smiles and really made us feel welcome.
Stocking up on things for a new rescue were getting today and the experience was great.
Lovely store as always :)
