Was given Tom's details after my laptop suddenly developed a 'Stop code' fault. Tom diagnosed the problem and returned the laptop within 48 hours. Super efficient service and a very reasonable cost! Would highly recommend!

Absolute 10 out of 10. They recognised how important this was to my mental health and got me back up and running as quickly as they could - kept it simple too! this heat has been reacting with my MS and ADHD meds and my brain’s a mush on hot days like this so I didn’t need overwhelming with jargon. Looking at it now, all set up and that, that would have taken me a month and I’d have gotten a lot wrong. They also rang afterwards to check I was okay now and even my gf doesn’t do that. Yes, very impressed. Called late one afternoon, arranged collection of PC next morning. This took place on time and within a couple of hours Tom called me with the diagnosis and cost of repair. I agreed the repair and, after exhaustive testing of the new component, he returned it to us. He reconnected all leads and checked that it was working well. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom and use his services again

Excellent service. My laptop had a faulty battery. Tom ordered a replacement and when it arrived a few days later he collected my laptop, replaced the battery, tested it and returned it to me. So easy.

Within a few hours he rang to discuss the problem and gave an affordable and reasonable quote. I accepted the quote and to my surprise the laptop was returned the very same day. Very polite and officiant, would highly recommend Tom at TC Systems.

We had an issue with our laptop running slow. We contacted TC Systems and they arranged a collecting time with me. They diagnosed that the hard disk was faulty the same day and recommended we fitted a SSD high speed hard drive. They returned the laptop the following morning fully setup and all my photos and files transferred across. I would highly recommend them. They were very reasonably priced and was only without my laptop for a day!

We had a issue with a slow PC. We messaged Tom at TC Systems and he collected the computer the following morning for diagnostics.

He called and told us the hard disk was faulty and required replacing. He then give us 2 options so we went for the high speed SSD hard disk. The computer was returned with Windows 10 reinstalled and all of our photos and documents transferred across the very next day! Could not recommend highly enough!

Our laptop keyboard had missing keys so we spoke to Tom at TC Systems. He asked for the laptops model number and provided us with a quote. He collected the laptop the next day and returned to us the following day with the keyboard fitted. Really happy with the service
