Mostyn Tandoori

Absolutely fantastic! We're so glad we found this restaurant for a delicious meal whilst we were on a 2 night break in Llandudno. The food was exceptional. I had the Kala Buna on the Chef Recommends menu. It was a tastiest Indian curry I've ever had, and we've been to lots living in Bolton.
There is alcohol available if you wish. This works perfectly as there is a lovely lady that you order your wine etc from who holds the Liquor Licence for the restaurant. The wine is good quality and reasonably priced.
The service was friendly and attentive.
This is quite a new restaurant as it opened in Summer 2023. They deserve to do well.
Well done Mostyn Tandori for creating a modern Indian restaurant with classy decor and a great atmosphere, and most of all delicious food.

Cards on table- this is the only Asian we visited on our trip to Llandudno. If there’s a better one then it must be other worldly. Best mixed kebab starter ever according to the better half. Mains were generous in size and wonderfully flavoursome. Shame this is over 4 hours from home otherwise you’d be hard pressed to get me out!!

Just read Dave Web’s review. Can’t spell bar, eats chips in an Asian restaurant . Hot towels - how dated an attitude. Please ignore the cyclops and patronise this lovely place.

This has got to be the most authentic and tasty Indian food I've ever had. Lovely staff, warm and welcoming. Brilliant food. I just wish we lived closer.

Came on tonight with a large group, around 25. The staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming, seeing to all of our needs without any delay. Food came in really good time and was incredible. The atmosphere and lighting here is so calm and peaceful and made for a relaxed and pleasant evening we could all enjoy.

Visited at teatime. Really good food, very attentive staff they honestly couldn't do enough. Also the price is very cheap. We had poperdoms and the tray. We had curries and rice each. We got 2 naan breads and it was only £42! The restaurant is brand new and has a beautiful interior. Highly recommended as restaurants can be quite expensive here.

Best Indian food in Llandudno, used several times now and have tried a lot of different dishes, all have been Amazing. I had the Khala Bhuna special tonight, was amazing! Good atmosphere, staff are always friendly and very helpful, especially with recommendations. Keep up the good work.

A fantastic find, the food is first class and the surroundings are clean and classy, alcohol is sold separately and is very reasonably priced. Can't recommend this place enough. Excellent.

Fabulous food, we enjoyed 2 nights eating here while we had a short break in Llandudno, could'nt fault the food, had the tandoori mix and it was the best, very tasty and cooked to perfection.

Visited midweek evening and got a table without booking. First floor restaurant overlooking the church. Friendly welcoming staff, excellent well presented food and reasonable price.

Really loved visit to Mostyn Tandoori. We went for the Traditional Thali with a selection of starters, mains a side with rice and naan. It was gorgeous! The Chicken Tikka starter and meat samosa were both fantastic, lots of flavour and something I'll be having again. The mains were a lovely selection of curries, very well seasoned and some of the nicest curries I've had. Myself and my partner left feeling very full.

The service was great. Everyone was really attentive and lovely. We will definitely visit next time we're staying in Llandudno!

While on holiday for 3 nights in Llandudno my wife and I had a lovely meal here on Wednesday night. We liked it so much we went back again the next night too.

We had a Mixed Grill for starter which was delicious!

The team checked whether we wanted a gap between starter and main, which we did as we think it is important to have a nice gap between courses to allow us to relax and talk.

Then they served our Mains, over the 2 nights we shared 4 different dishes and they were all spot on! Delicious, full of flavour, meat was tender, vegetables had a nice crunch….WOW! everything was so good!! Absolutely lovely!!

The team were fantastic too, very polite, efficient and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a good chat with all of them, they were so friendly.

We will definitely be going back on our next holiday and can fully recommend this restaurant, the team and the decor is so nice too.

Lovely food , tasty ,hot , naan bread was best I've had nice and fresh ,we ordered 2 chicken biriani, lots rice and chicken , sauce with it could have matched the amount biriani , food was really lovely , Emon was excellent, I Highly recommend this restaurant thanks for great food and atmosphere 😋

It was one of the best curries I have had very tasty and would definitely recommend going.

We had a very enjoyable meal at this restaurant last night. Its a little hidden away in a small arcade and then up a flight of stairs, but once you get there it is delightful. There is a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food was amazingly good.
It was a little cold next to the window but the manager was quick to notice this and turned up the heating to maximum!
Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant. Had poppadoms and the pickle tray and a mix of curries, side dish and paratha bread.

Ordered the traditional Thali with my partner. Basically a share platter for two. Mix of starters, sides and curries.

It was fantastic. The chicken tikka on its own was the best I've had. Very well coated and charred to in places adding intense flavour on the chicken.

Had a huge variety of curries, was initially worried the portions for the Thali would be too small but both me and my partner were sufficiently satisfied, no room for desert.

I'd say this probably the best sit down Indian I've had. If I'm ever in landudno again. Will definitely be coming back.

So tasty. We all had different dishes. Excellent service. Definitely will be back. Bit quiet. Waiter good fun. Plenty of choice on the menu and unusual choices.
