I would highly recommend visiting Hertfordshire Fireplace Gallery - Neil, Jo and Anna were all simply amazing and I felt welcomed within their store with their warm and friendly personalities! They assisted me in purchasing two fireplaces. One was modern and the other was a traditional stone, each fireplace is unique and beautiful and I have received untold compliments. Their service was impeccable, their expertise in the different range of fireplaces was incredible and even the fitter was brilliant....why go anywhere else?

A great range of fires and fireplaces to choose from and friendly helpful staff made selection easy. Installation was excellent with a top quality friendly polite fitter and the whole fire and surround looks brilliant. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb, highly recommend. Neil was professional and polite at the showroom and John the fitter was hard working, on time and lovely to have at the house. Neil you might not recognise my name as I'm posting under my maiden name but it's a thank you from the Holland's. Amazingly helpful staff, great children's area that kept our 2 year busy while we looked around the showroom. They also gave my wife a blue-light discount which was much appreciated! The fire we wanted was no longer in stock and discontinued, but they were able to get the exact same one made by the manufacturer for us with the exact materials we wanted which was brilliant. All delivered in 4 weeks. Great business and I would highly recommend!

As part of a major domestic internal building project, we visited several fireplace/ burner galleries. Hertfordshire Fireplace Gallery had a good range of display models and there was no pushy sales attempt. Having explained what we envisaged, the staff provided guidance as to where we would find those burners within the store.
Staff (Anna and Neil) were very knowledgeable about their products, helpful and able to answer all questions. Unlike some places we had visited, they offered a free site visit to accurately price the supply and installation, after which we ordered our chosen fireplace.
During the building works, we decided to make the newly discovered fireplace more of a feature and changed the burner we had ordered. Amending the order was done without any fuss.
Installation was straight-forward and well managed and the company were flexible when installation dates had to be altered.
Looking back at my paperwork, we first visited the store in July 2018 and had a site visit shortly after, but actually placed the order in June 2019 before installation in October 2019. (This was no fault of the store, but simply issues around the building work.)
Through-out the process, there was excellent communication from Neil and his staff.
In conclusion, we are delighted with the final product and the involvement of the Gallery has been a major factor in this. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them and (if my wife gets her way on another fireplace), will be certainly using them again.

We thoroughly recommend Hertfordshire Fireplace Gallery. The service from buying the fire to the survey by Neil and the removal of our old brick fireplace and fitting a new electric fire and surround by Duncan was superb . The team were really friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our engineer, Duncan was punctual, covered all the furniture and floor before working and left everything tidy at the end of the job. Paul and I would definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends.

From my initial contact with Anna when visiting the shop, through the quotation and assessment visit by Neil, through to the fitting by Tony, I have had nothing but excellent service from this company.

Anna talked us through our options and ultimately we went for an electric fire which we are delighted with. A special mention for John the fitter who went above and beyond including rerouting the electrics and getting matching external bricks to fill in the old flue opening.

'We are so so happy with our new fireplace and electric fire within it. The old red brick fireplace that was removed had been an eye sore, and now in its place stands a beautiful fireplace and fire. The fitter did a first class job, he was such a clean worker, and despite the brick dust from the old fireplace, everything was covered up and protected. He even came to us on a Saturday to finish the installation. We really recommend Hertfordshire Fireplace Gallery.

Hertfordshire Fireplace Gallery - is such a fabulous shop! We had been searching around for a fireplace and visited many shops in different areas, however once we visited here, our search was over. We found a good range of fireplaces on display, all good quality, with a variety of styles and we were met by Neil, who couldn’t be more helpful. He explained what we needed to know, answered questions and took care of everything when we decided on our fireplace. Then we had Paul come to fit the fireplace. On two of the hottest days of the year, he removed the old fireplace, fitted the new and also fitted a bird-guard on the chimney. What a lovely gentleman, who worked efficiently and diligently, plus he was a pleasure to have in our home. In summary, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and would without any reservation, highly recommend Hertfordshire Fireplace Gallery.
