Had to come back but we agreed an appt time and on returning in the afternoon, was seen quickly and tyre repaired. Kept informed during the process and fixed within timescale given

I took my car in without an appointment as I had to use the space saver following a hole/slow puncture to OSF Tyre. I was prepared to leave my Volvo with them for a couple of hours, but they had a tyre in stock at half the cost I was expecting to pay and turned it all around in half the time I was expecting too! To top it all, they may have saved my life as they detected the other front tyre was well over inflated to 50psi instead of 30psi, so this was also rectified.

All I can say is thank goodness for Rob and his team at sheerness another garage failed my cars mot and said I needed £1000 worth of work! Took it to Rob for a second opinion. Yes some of the things were an advisory which Rob sorted for me the same day back today for it’s mot passed with flying colours for a third of what the other garage wanted. Thanks guys will definitely come back! So honest, reliable and hard working!

Felt valued, something that in the past has not always been the case when frankly I often felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Was easy to arrange appointment and all went smoothly despite our car failing

Fantastic service from Rob! Called with no pre-booked appointment on a Sunday and they were able to assist with a problem three prior garages had failed to remedy. Incredibly knowledgable team and would highly recommend their service to anyone else!

Excellent service as usual. This is the second time I have had an MOT here. There was a slight hiccup with the booking, but it was sorted out in a friendly and very helpful manner. I will definitely be bringing my car here again

Brilliant Kwik fit garage .. has an issue was tyre I rang was a Sunday aswell and said was busy and I dropped car off and and managed to resolve issue even tho was busy and was a Sunday that kyoi guys at Kwik fit

My car was taken in with no pre-booking and looked at within the hour despite being busy in the garage. A diagnosis was made and repair carried out.
They did not try and sell me new tyres unnecessarily.

I have used kwik fit a few times now they have always been helpful and polite. You don't feel rushed if you want a detailed explanation. Definitely I will be visiting again when needed.

Your mechanics were so helpful, as I had driven to see my family all the way from Dorset & needed to return back to Dorset that night. Your mechanic was very accommodating & helpful. I pulled off your forecourt knowing that our car had been checked , new brake pads put on with tyres for a safe return back home.

Had a full service and mot. Staff were friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me and fixed the lights on my car as well as sorting out the wheel alignment. Great service, genuine and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
