Lovely charity shop with a good variety of "stuff" it's quite big, there is a good selection of men and ladies clothes and accessories, lots of book and vinyl records and usually some very nice furniture. Staff are friendly and I never walk out of there without buying something 👍

First time we had been into our local Beefeater since before Covid, what a pleasant surprise (Morris Dancers, Scarisbrick).
The staff were plessent, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a mixed grill cooked just how I asked, my wife enjoyed a traditional Sunday lunch (Turkey). The food presentation was too a good standard, the food was hot and looked appetising. This was much improved since our last visit, congratulations to the staff as they worked hard throughout, well done Anton and Jordan, well done Beefeater, we will definitely return and recommend to others.

Large charity shop, loads of bargains. Sell clothes, furniture, household items, toys etc. Free parking directly outside. Loyalty card as well!

Great little charity shop. Had some fabulous clothes from here and also a beautiful Kew Gardens travel mug. Items priced according to make and priced fairly. There is a member of staff called Mary who is always very busy and always lovely. Friendly, helpful, professional, kind and always smiling. An asset to your lovely team. Thank you for all your hard work

It's a large, well laid out charity shop with plenty of good quality items for sale. The prices are reasonable and the staff, mainly volunteers, are friendly and helpful.

Well set out with a good range of items, the staff are generally friendly and do their best to help when needed. The shop is clean and organised but could do with another changing room as there are sometimes ques. Overall well worth a visit.

Premises nice and clean but prices are sky high which is ridiculous as all stock as been donated free of charge. Perhaps I'll take a bank loan out before my next visit as I'll need one!

Honestly thought it was Shaun Ryder, and a 90's apparel store and/or vintage record store

Most overpriced "charity" shop there is! Selling very used trainers for £35 is crazy prices! A used unbranded washing machine for over £200 no chance!

the complex has a rather large capacity, meaning that customers hope to find some hidden gems/ vintage items. me and my mother regularly visit and never really find anything interesting. adding onto this, the items are usually overpriced, meaning not many people are willing to buy them, this later means that the same old stuff doesn’t budge for weeks. not to mention that most donations are quite simply chucked into the bin. my mother heard a couple of women complaining about generous donations which weren’t a major struggle nor problem. the words which were mentioned were “ just bin it” . if i knew that my donations, which i’d expect were contributing to a charity, were being chucked away then i would never give my pre loved items to them again. this is just one experience, another time we got spoken to in an inferior manner which we didn’t not appreciate. i am young and would label myself/ my behavior as unproblematic so i can easily spot when people are being plain rude. i noticed straight away that this women was attempting to invalidate us and hold some type of power over us because she was a “member of staff” (in quotation). there was a volunteer also working and i have no complaints for him, he was respectful and seemed lovely. i cannot say the same for this “member of staff” who made me and my mother feel interrogated, which is not the type of friendly atmosphere which should be made in a charity shop. i would simply say this charity shop is not worth the hassle, it is sometimes nice to pop in but only if there are nice volunteers/ staff working on that day otherwise you will receive an uncomfortable experience.
