prices are incredible and theres everything you need to get started, its not just the sale of fishing tackle, Danny will assist you with any questions and queries you may have regarding fishing wether it be what pole would you suggest i buy? or even why is my pole float not sitting correctly in the water even though ive added the correct shotz to the mainline, either way danny has the answer to your questions. 100% will be buying from here again

Well what can I say, I got my first carp set up from Danny for a fantastic deal! All great quality never any issues with anything, even help with setting up and explaining how to use the items to me being a begginer at the time the shop has great stock all the time, top quality baits at very affordable prices, often with deals on and is constantly expanding. The choice is brilliant, from sweets for the kids, bigginer budget friendly items with good quality all the way to top of the range high end top quality items. Genuine good advice is allways given from an absolutely fantastic shop owner who is allways friendly to everybody and a friend to many. You will be welcomed to a bru and a chat no doubt which is Danny's special touch and is lovely. I think I speak for all regulars and holiday makers that visit lakeside at woodys when I say Danny's isn't just a tackle shop.

Lakeside Angling Supplies is a well stocked tackle and bait shop set in a beautiful location. Danny the owner is one of the most knowledgable and helpful guy in the business if he hasnt got what you want he allways goes above and beyond to get it for you. He is allways ready to offer tips and helpful information for getting the best from a venue or the tackle you use, Danny has helped me no end over the past couple of years. Awesome shop that seems to be constantly expanding not only its footprint at Woodland Waters but in stock and variety for any budget including tackle hire to use on the lakes

I visited the shop and lake as I had arranged to meet up with some old friends for a social session on the carp lake (we weren't after them though). As I was travelling from a far, I called the shop as I needed to get a few items and I wanted to make sure they had them in stock, some of the items they didn't have, so recommended alternatives.
Must say, it's great when you have a shop on site, to cater for your needs and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had all that was needed.
So refreshing to see when the current theme is to have a multitude of shops under the same banner, which are just lke tesco stores with no individuality.
Looking forward to arranging another catch up with friends now.

Fab angling shop in a great location. Danny has a great selection of tackle and angling supplies all at fab prices.
Nothing is too much hassle for him, he has a wealth of knowledge about the sport and clearly a love for what he does... 2 amateur hobby fishermen - (well 1 man and 1 woman) very little knowledge of the sport, he went out of his way to help, even went out of his way to come visit us at bank to check how we were doing. (Thanks for the free fishing Lesson :-) )

Well stocked shop at a wonderful venue. But what really makes this place are the incredible staff! Knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to advise on what you need to fish the venue effectively in each season. Very much recommended. 👍🏻

We are beginners at fishing and was starting as a family and walked into this shop owned by Danny and asked his advice on what baits and tackles and line to use, he was professional and very knowledgeable and will not rip you off and make you buy the most expensive things he's honest and helped us and told us what's good and how to do everything for bait and we went fishing the very next day and caugh a tone of fish yeah they may have been small fish but for beginners to catch as many was we did we owe it all to Danny and his advice thank you so much mate you definitely have loyal customers here! And obviously you can go into the shop without giving Molly the shop dog a fuss haha see you soon mate! Thanks again!

The shop is set in the beautiful surroundings of Woodland Waters and well worth a visit.

A fantastic shop and venue we have been going for the last 3 years and enjoy fishing there everyday the shop is well stocked with some of the best brands in fishing baits and tackle and they always have what we need staff are friendly and always willing to help

First ever visit today to Woodland Waters and first stop was to Danny at Lakeside Angling Supplies to pick up some fresh bait - he had everything I needed fresh from the bait farm that very morning + a vast array of groundbait from Evolved Baits which he was happy to advise on. Also gave me advice on where to fish on the day + tactics (can’t get much better service than that! ) - I’ll definitively be using again !

Great little store nestled right in the middle of some very beautifully kept ponds and lakes... Danny is a top bloke with a great amount of knowledge of the sport and is always eager to share tips and tricks to help you land the big ones. I would highly recommend going and having a look and a chat..👍

Spectacular shop in the most beautiful setting backdroped by the fabulous lakes at Woodland Waters Ancaster. Both online and at the site, Lakeside Angling has a fantastic range of live bait, groundbaits (including the incredible Evolved Baits range) and tackle from suppliers such as Colmic. More importantly and what truely makes this shop the best in Lincolnshire is the knowledge and passion of the owner Danny West. Nothing is too much bother and you will get much more that a simple shopping experience.

Finally a tackle shop from a superb Match Angler run for all anglers.

Popped in for a look and was pleasantly surprised with the variety and quantity of the stock held there. Danny ,the young man working there clearly knows his angling and impressed me with his advice and help . Will be revisiting very soon .
