I like the staff behind the counter. Best shop experience ever. I love not having to have an awkward, short conversation. I like gong in, grabbing what I want, handing the money over and leaving while they chat away on the phone. True icons.
Been going here since I was a kid, theyve always done this. Just the way they run it.

Just dont do your amazon returns here. Amazon seems to never receive it.

Similar to last two posts about the woman behind the counter, very rude and not polite at all. Went to drop off a order to return and she wasn't any help at all, it was my first time in that shop and returning an order so was difficult to work out without assistance. She was hiding in the corner on her phone speaking her language and ignoring everything that's going on within the shop. Not at all customer service and pure rudeness, would not recommend going to that shop.

Similarly to a previous review, the lady behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. I went to the store to drop off a parcel return to Amazon. The instructions from Amazon were very clear that I was to bring the parcel to this store and scan a QR code which I received on my phone then hand the parcel and label to a member of staff. The instructions also stated that the member of staff will package the item for me. Given that I had these instructions, I did not package my item. When I arrived, the lady behind the counter seemed preoccupied speaking to someone (assuming a friend or relative) via a bluetooth headset. She reluctantly took me over to a machine where I would need to scan my QR code. I asked about the packaging as she hadn't mentioned anything and she handed me a small brown mailing back, much too small to fit the item I needed in. When I told her this is too small, she said I would need to package this myself which I was unprepared for due to the instructions I had received. She offered no other solutions and practically cut me off every time I tried to speak. I left the store and went over the road to the Co-Op and purchased mailing bags from them (and also regailed them of my ordeal, they were amused yet unsurprised). When I came back I went in and printed the label myself, packaged the item and handed it over to the lady. She again very reluctantly processed the item although wouldn't be half surprised at this point if she didn't sent it.

bought a vape which is listed at £6.99 i could’ve swore i saw her out £8.99 into the machine but didn’t want to be rude until i could get in my car and check on my banking app. after i went back in to show her the transaction on my app she just gave a shrug and i then had to ask if i was going to get my money back. no wonder she works at a premier😂

Don’t use this store to drop off Evri parcels. They do not know how to use the technology even when you try to help them by using Evri’s FAQ. First he said it “wasn’t stuck nicely” so the driver wouldn’t take it, then he said the barcode I had just printed in his shop wouldn’t work. Evris FAQ says next step is type the code, but he refused to do anything more. I strongly suspect they just didn’t want to take my parcel. Horrible man on Sunday evenings shift.

Very rude lady behind the counter on the phone to someone in Bangladesh on loud speaker, bought some food she didn't look at me let alone say thankyou for my custom! Just carried on her conversation, how do these people carry on in business with attitudes like that to paying customers. I would not recommend this shop.

Similar to other peoples review very rude owner,tried to post a parcel via hermes,paid for it but the printer didn't print a label,he just laughed at me and said it wasnt his problem and I had to go through hermes with a stupid smirk his last words were good luck getting through not my problem.not the first time I've had problems here but has been his wife before.i would just avoid the place altogether.

This place has gone downhill in recent weeks, you think the Indian lady is rude, wait untill you encounter the very rude, arrogant Indian man behind till 😬
