Only great experience with the pharmacists. Always ready to help, professional and well informed. Helped me quickly and efficiently and knew exactly what I needed. I visited this Boots store on Wednesday, February 15th. I am having some trouble with breakouts after starting a new contraception pill so I was looking for a concealer that would match my skin tone. Luckily, a wonderful assistant named Georgia approached me and offered her assistance. She not only helped me find the right concealer, but also provided me with some valuable tips and advice for my skin care routine. Her compassion and support truly meant a lot to me and I wanted to express my gratitude for her exceptional customer service 🤍

One thing that can not be under rated is the staff expertise and experience from the ysl counter manager sobia. She has always been professional , well informed of her products and always advised me best in what gifts to get for family and friends. Thank you sobia

A big Boots in the middle of Canary Wharf mall which is super convenient. I saw they now have Kylie beauty and Fenty beauty which everyone was trying to buy off the shelves. The pharmacists here are very friendly and helpful to me over the past few years and during the pandemic they were helpful on multiple occasions. There's a small section here on eco self care and beauty here but I wish it was bigger.

Had a lovely experience with Georgia this morning. She was so helpful and kind, and made my day today. She gave me fab tips while also making sure I get the best out of my money. Great service!

The assistant Sajata was providing a lovely service for me and my partner. We bought Sauvage from DIOR and received a really good explanation how to use/wear/treat the perfume. We’re definitely gonna come back

Canary Wharf Boots, one of the bigger stores, containing more products ..... namely NYX makeup! Being one of the good quality, affordable makeup brand, NYX is a popular brand but not available in all Boots stores. I went into 3 other Boots before I finally found this store!

Very nice and well stocked. They had a lunch deal, sandwiche,, side and drink for 6 pounds, we got lunch and ate at nearby park.

Lovely big store lots of cosmetic counters selling certain ranges. On pharmacy section they are very helpful and friendly.

You can try makeup, you can sniff perfumes, you can get showered with attention and get all your beauty urges to settle down! So glad testing hasn't vanished completely from the face of the earth because of COVID. I bought NARS foundations here and got my skin tone matched perfectly. It's always delightful when they get it right on the first try.

Somehow they had the perfumes I was looking for in stock too! Check online to avoid disappointment anyway!!
