Sainsbury's

A decent well laid out version of Sainsbury's that focuses mainly on the food so the grocery selection is particularly good! Got everything I came in for with no fuss or mither. Staff were very friendly but I wouldn't expect anything else in the North East!

Well stocked and some good prices. Lovely lass on checkout. Easy parking too considering it was a Christmas shopping trip

Just been to Sainsbury in Alnwick. What a pleasure it was, I love the new layout of the store, wide aisle.

The store looks brighter and fruit and vegetables look better. It is not finished yet but it is so much better.I did go round the vegetable aisle twice to find the potatoes but it was just a joy to see all the new things they had in store.The staff could not be more helpful, and kind.

All the good things you would expect from a Sainsbury's...and very peaceful on a Monday night 😊

Large store with huge variety of items. We focus on vegan items and this store had an abundance of choices. Go there at least twice a week for basics. A great place to shop for fruit, veggies, meats, dairy-free items and vegan items we need. They sent out a booklet of coupons that we use each week to help balance against rising cost of food. Thanks Sainsbury's ! Love the fruit... Fresh strawberries, blueberries, grapes. All ripe and fresh tasting. Recently I have been able to get decent persimmons! Love that fruit. Adds more variety to our fruit options. And it doesn't hurt that they also stock plenty of lactose-free milk products.

Great Sainsburys store and now with the addition of an Argos in store. I always use the Sainsburys Alnwick store whenever I'm up this far north. Free car parking and with plenty of spaces; non of that rubbish pay to park and get a refund with a valid spend in store.

Always a good selection of products for those of us like myself have a gluten intolerance and the staff are very helpful if you can't find an item. The queues at the checkouts aren't long, and you are dealt with very quickly by polite staff. I believe, for those who are tech savvy there is a smart app to use when you shop here. I didn't use it, but it does seem very good.

Free parking just off A1, so very accessible. No café any more but Starbucks is across the road. Some good offers.

This is a lovely shop with wonderful staff who checked stock for me even though it was late at night. Feels very relaxed and nice experience to shop rather than the hustle of other places. Children parking really close to the entrance and trolleys clean and wheels actually work! Always parking spaces available. Excellent choice inside especially for dairy free. Their kebabs are gluten free x
