I visited the store on a busy Saturday afternoon, the staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful I purchased a new phone and asked for it to be set up as it’s my business phone

Everything transferred over smoothly it did take a hour or so but they told me that so no problem at all

You get really good service here, and although I am 62, I always feel I am a valued customer, whereas a lot of the town centre phone shops only care about youngsters. Parking is easy, and you can usually get a space just across the road. What more could you ask???

Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly staff. A bit awkward parking as they seem to have all street parking temporarily suspended. Bus stops are ok no problem there

Staff are friendly and helpful. I'm a bit cross with Vodafone but not the staff in this shop. They are lovely and serve customers in the order in which they enter the shop.

Really excellent customer service at this store. I needed help repairing a broken phone - the store manager Benjamin was helpful, efficient and chatty and got everything sorted out for me quickly :)

I went in as a non-Vodafone customer to get a 2nd hand phone unlocked. The store manager, Benjamin, was very friendly and helpful, and had it sorted for me within 5 minutes!
